The Weeping WitchCross Roads Escape GamesEscape roomIRLPassing rate is very low so bring your "A" game! Maximum four players for better experience. Definitely a scary room.
Stash HouseStash HouseEscape roomIRLHoly wow what an awesome room! **90-minutes were barely not enough.** Large facility with intricate puzzles and incredibly highly NON-LINEAR . We were 6 people , 4 seasoned people, 2 new people. I would absolutely love another room from these game makers!
The Hex RoomCross Roads Escape GamesEscape roomIRLIncredible set design and a unique style of gameplay. Definitely a creepy room and had some scary elements. Molly was it fantastic game master and really kept the flow of the room without too much stagnation. Five people - escaped and survived with 11 minutes to spare.
Atlantis: The Forgotten CityHypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLIncredibly well thought out with a large area to work within. Set design was exceptional with unique gameplay that is not common in other rooms. It won multiple awards for a reason.
Whatever Happened To The Garretts?Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLSuper fun, highly linear room with really good variety of technology and locks. Fantastic set design throughout the entire room. At the time, success rate was 33%, , but we didn't find anything too technical. 43 minutes with 0 clues with 5 people.
Something's Out There!Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLVery aesthetically pleasing, but very linear room. Should be classified as "Easy+." Spooky room a plus. However, overall flow was pretty light, not a ton of puzzles, and heavily relies of the spookiness factor to frighten vs add additional complexity. I'd like to see a little more stuff to do if possible. Overall, it was good. Do LabRat if you haven't.
Escobar: Part 1 (The Betrayal)The Escape RevolutionEscape roomIRLProbably the most disjointed and confusing check-in and room start experience I've ever had. We were thrown into a room within 15 seconds of meeting our game master with limited instruction, virtually zero story, and zero immersion. Our game master's gentle nudges during the game nudged me closer to crashing out and leaving the room halfway through. Our game master would have rather been anywhere in the WORLD than this place. I'm leaving out their name just in case tonight was a fluke. The room had absolutely no flow, with some aspects ranging from easy to downright impossible without assistance. When a room needs incredibly niche and tiny clues to be able to proceed, you might as well just get a hint as soon as you hit a metaphorical wall because it'll be forever before you can figure it out, if at all. You want to be in their weird leaderboard? Just show up with 2 people and excel simply because the points are weighted based on people/time/clues. Huge L
Project 5150Hypnotic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLSet design was very unique and allowed for decent immersion. However, some of the technologies implemented in the room require being very slow or methodical even if you have the correct solution. Our game master had to intervene approximately three times for correct solutions that we were not inputting correctly. 7.1/10 Atlantis is a far better experience
