If you enjoy certain franchises that feature wizard adventures, both rooms will be awesome for you. For the most part, good puzzle flow. For an experienced group of 4, some of the puzzles went a little long and required waiting for other members to finish a step. Great place, I recommend doing all the rooms. If atmosphere (and living out your wizard exploration fantasy) is most important to you, I recommend this one. If puzzle quality and variety is most important to you, maybe go with the goblin one. Both rock!
The Curse Of The Black KnightEscapeX Rooms - IrvineEscape roomIRLAmazing atmosphere. I loved the theming a lot! The puzzle flow felt great, and I loved the tangible props and decorations. If you are looking for those Dark Souls, Zelda shadow temple, dark fantasy vibes - this is great. Puzzles are cool, and puzzle flow was smooth. For a very experienced group of 4 it was a little short. I wanted to be in there longer!
Big Brain Labs60Out - HollywoodEscape roomIRLIncredible room. I highly recommend for anyone, but an especially good room for people who may be intimidated to try an escape room. It's a lot of fun, and the design was top notch. Gamemaster Grant is the GOAT. 🐐 It's not very traditional, so if you have a ton of escape room experience try to go in with an open mind and just enjoy your time.
