Curse of the Hidden Temple
PuzzleConnect Escape Rooms
Escape room
IRL
This room really stands out. The amount of puzzles packed into this experience is impressive, especially given their creativity . All props are made very well, and every inch of the room was obviously well thought out and executed perfectly. There were some really great triggers/keys that would delight all players, from first timers to the more experienced players. The use of lights, sound, props, story, materials, technology, and pretty much everything helped create a great experience with a really exciting set of creative puzzles. I've played a lot of rooms and I've never seen technology leveraged in this way. Without giving any spoilers away all I'll say is that the theatrics are really well done here, it felt like a Disneyland -level of production value. This room sets the standard for the general area. Super well done.

This room is AMAZING. the story, special effects, production value, set design, prop design, puzzle creativity, story, and pretty much everything is seriously top notch. This room is definitely my 2nd fav room I've ever done. Also, the staff are amazing. I got engaged here and the owners were absolute amazing humans with helping me make it a super special moment . Do this room, you won't regret it.

This room rocks! The story and set design are fantastic. Lights, music, sound effects, art, decorations and every inch of the space is used to create a great experience. All puzzles were creative, well thought out and had a great logical progression that helped drive the narrative. All technology worked and and was really well. Book this room!
The Candy Shoppe

I've done 5 candy shop themed rooms over the last couple years and this one definitely stands out as the best. The puzzles are very creative with tons of details and great design to the room. Their attention to details , like the Candy shaped lights and wall art help create a unique experience in a candy land vibe. The use of technology is awesome, and everything worked flawlessly. Great job on this room!
Special Ops: Mysterious Market
The Escape Game San Francisco - Fisherman's Wharf

I didn't expect a high bar since this is in a very tourist heavy area, but I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this room was! Clever mechanisms, everything worked well, and it had a good mix of puzzle types. Not many combo locks at all, and all very immersive with the set design and production value. Top remarks! The only thing I'll say is that the story was lost on me at one point, but didn't really impact the gameplay at all
Dragon Castle
Ultimate Xscape Rooms
Escape room

A good fun room with a medium difficulty. Definitely fun and creative with a good mix of puzzle/clue/lock types. Will definitely be back to do the other room.
Candy World
The Amazing Escape Room - Edison
Escape room

Some puzzles unresponsive and unclear gameplay. No narrative to drive the puzzles forward. It was a bit odd, but not bad .
Everest
Trap Door Escape Room - Red Bank

I dunno, conceptually I love this room but the execution misses. It's extremely linear, so enjoying the room with 2-4 is more than enough. I like how it's multi level, multi room, but it didn't have the fit and finish in design and production that it could have used. Good concept, and can be made much cooler.
Black Ops
All In Adventures - East Brunswick [prev. Mystery Room]
Escape room
IRL
Not a fan of the rooms at this location. They are all very linear and offer the same approach to lock and keys throughout the games and rooms. Not the most creative approach to Escape Rooms. May be good for smaller children who can't yet grasp more advanced concepts of game play.
