Ruins: Forbidden TreasureThe Escape Game - Berry HillEscape roomIRLI was in Nashville playing the Nashville escape room when the staff st the Berry Hill location told me I HAD to do The Ruins because it's only located in Nashville. They even gave us a sneak preview of the room. The next day we caught an Uber from our hotel and which made us 10 minutes late. We were sharing a room with another two people and they were so gracious about waiting for us to get there our game masters told them we would be a great help to them in the game since they had met us the night before. It felt so great that they did that for us.ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL customer service!!! We got there and the four of us started working the escape room and quickly realized that there is absolutely way too many puzzles to solve and there would be no way to escape with only two people in the room. This room requires at least 4 people. The clue are not always linear and you split up into groups of two and solve puzzles separately until you have to solve some together. The puzzles were pretty challenging. Our team only needed one hint and we worked really well together. Would definitely recommend this escape room! A Nashville must!
School of MagicEscape Room San Antonio - Stone OakEscape roomIRLWas looking for an escape room thar was kid friendly and great for first timers. This definitely hit the mark as it was fun, challenging and had a lot of puzzles to solve. Great for kids. Only downfall is there is a lot of reading of clues which can slow you down when trying to read and decipher quickly. The room was set up so cute and the puzzles must be solved linearly. You can't work on another puzzle until the last one has been solved. Other than that, customer service was excellent!!!! The game master I think her name was alexis was very patient and kind. Loved this room!
