Operation Arctic Storm: The Final MeltdownThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLMy first escape room longer than 60 min, and I’m so glad it was this one. What a great room and how fun. You have to be very mobile in this room so if you can’t move that well you’re gonna want to avoid this one. The puzzles were great and diverse and having the live actor really wrapped the whole experience up nicely.
Bros for Life: Fraternity HeistThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLQuite the fun room. Definitely have to be pretty mobile like their other rooms. The puzzles were not difficult and pretty straightforward. All around a great room.
PlaygroundThe Escape Game - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThis is one of those rooms that is more fun then difficult. There are so many fun puzzles in this room and running around trying to solve them really lives up to the name Playground. Big groups are recommended but we did a group of 4 experienced players and got done with a lot of time to spare.
Prison BreakThe Escape Game - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThis was definitely a fun room. You are separated into two rooms so keep that in mind when choosing who to go with. Also this location has crawl spaces in all their rooms so that’s also fun as well.
Scooby-Doo™ and the Spooky Castle AdventureEscapology - KissimmeeEscape roomIRLThis one caught me by surprise. I wasn’t expecting much from this but wow was it fun with a load of nostalgia. Fun puzzles with voice acting from the characters helping you out. Remembering the classic villains was great and honestly a great blast from the past.
The CollectorLockbustersEscape roomIRLThis one was quite the fun experience and was one of my first escape rooms. The games at Lockbusters are all high quality and this one was a fun theme. Always loved crime shows and this was ticking all the boxes for me.
Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient ExpressEscapology - KissimmeeEscape roomIRLTough. There is a reason why this one was their hardest room. Lots of puzzles with some not being very obvious at what they need you to so some trial and error needed to be done. This one has been the room that has gotten me the closest to losing. Definitely for more experienced escapers.
Who Stole Mona?Escapology - OrlandoEscape roomIRLThis was honestly my favorite room at this location. The puzzles were nice and the room was well made and the ending was top notch with one last cool puzzle to do. If you only get the chance to do one room here, do this one.
Jack the RipperLockbustersEscape roomIRLJust like Jack the Ripper had Scotland Yard running in circles looking for him, you too will be running in circles trying to figure out what puzzles need in order to be solved. No but seriously this room was definitely the worst at this location but it by no means is a bad room. All the other ones are just way better. For a serial killer room there isn’t really much of the killing shown and the puzzles are in my opinion not very thematic aside from the fact that Jack talks to you sometimes. If not for him talking you wouldn’t even know it was a Jack the Ripper escape room. All in all though the puzzles were fine and not that difficult as long as you don’t overthink them. Room was about a 6/10.
