The story line matched well with the rooms and we felt it flowed quite well. We enjoy rooms where you need to go back and forth each room to keep solving more puzzles! We definitely had some difficulties with 1 puzzle as it seemed a bit confusing and we got hung up on it. After that we began to roll and started to figure out the rooms. This is a good room and a good take on a murder mystery!
The Tipsy TailorIntrepid Escape RoomsEscape roomIRL2 Couples 1 Room Escapes again! We had a gentleman who has been working for just a few months. Although he made some mistakes we felt he did great! I loved a lot of puzzles within the tailor shop. I also loved the acting that I got to do within the rooms. Always fun to be a little extra in some of these rooms. Definitely try to locate all 12 Alcohol bottles if possible! After we completed the room with 23mins left we spoke with the GMs who showed us how 2 puzzles worked. We also got to see the inner workings of how the escape room worked. It was awesome to see how much technical work goes into a room in the background.

Escape From AlcatrazNorth Valley Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis was by far my favorite prison rooms we have done. We loved the live actor in the beginning. It was fun playing along with someone and creating a great experience. Each room and had a different fun element that definitely pushes you to stay on your game till the end of the game. I do agree with some comments that it felt like the game kept going and going and going. Some improvements can help improve 2 rooms and it wouldn’t feel as though it dragged on. We did love the escape room, and did love the amount of work that had to be done to escape.
Whatever Happened To The Garretts?Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLThis was an amazing room! Definitely very memorable with a lot of cool elements. I recommend everyone to do this room. This room brought me back to the 80s. We also loved all the rooms. Great use of space!

Vendetta 15 [prev. Villains Vendetta]Exodus Escape Room - Anaheim Hills, CAEscape roomIRL2 Couples 1 Room escapes again! This is definitely an easier to medium difficulty room. This was our 2nd room of the night and I wish we did this before the other one (Olympus). This is a very kid friendly and fun room, but given it was our 2nd room we didn’t make easy connections as we would have. I also felt that there other rooms flowed a bit better, but what was nice is you could escape without locating all 15 secret toys. We were stuck on 3 puzzles, but when we stopped reset and looked at it again we were able to ground ourselves and find the answer. I would highly recommend this room for first escape room players or people who just want to have fun in an escape room.
The Ramen ShopMystery Maui Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis room was our kids first room. This is definitely not a room to bring your young children unless they are into puzzles. My 3 year old opened a few boxes and locks after we solved the puzzles. Our 8 year old loves puzzles and really enjoyed this room. He also understood some puzzles that we didn’t see. This is a nonlinear game, but followed the story very well. There is definitely some difficult parts, but it made the game that much more worth it. The GM was passionate about their game and even showed us how to complete a few puzzles. They have another one coming out soon. If you are in Maui this is definitely the room to go too.
TombstoneMaze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLWe enjoyed this room. The set design here was incredible. We were slightly stumped on a few puzzles, but we were also with 2 people who have never done an escape room. I would say the room is pretty dark and 1 puzzle we needed some help to move on. We had a few people circle the area and we were unable to see the clue needed to advanced. Also another puzzle needed a bit more clarification. I really enjoyed the room and think others should definitely experience it!
Da Vinci's Secret60Out - HollywoodEscape roomIRLThe experience as a whole was awesome. We noticed 2 other puzzles while waiting before even heading into the room. Check out the Merch area & the bathroom for fun little puzzles. 2 Couples 1 Room strikes again! I loved how the room was put together. It’s the perfect mix between non linear and linear. We made it out without asking for a hint. I’m sure we would have finished faster as a few puzzles we got slightly stumped on. Lots of puzzles to figure out and lots of variety of puzzles! This is also their hardest room, however if you have a good team/ done more than 7 escape rooms you should be able to handle this room. Wonderful experience would give this 5/5.
