Shadow of WhitechapelSecrets Escape Rooms - ChattanoogaEscape roomIRLThis was my second room of the three here after playing guardians of Giza earlier this year. With guardians of Giza, we experienced several technical issues. However, I'm a sucker for historical pieces and was really impressed with the set design so, I decided to give this one a try. The story is okay however I actually don't remember what the complete story was at the moment. The set design was super top-notch and most of the tech functioned properly. There was only one thing that took a couple of tries to get it to work until it eventually did. Some of the puzzles were really unique and definitely had several surprise moments. There's something at the end that is really cool and unique that you keep as a souvenir but I'm not going to spoil that. So far of the two that I've played this one was way way way way better.
Guardians of GizaSecrets Escape Rooms - ChattanoogaEscape roomIRLOverall, I wish Morty had an in-between button between dislike and like because this place had good customer service and great set design, however, in terms of puzzles, it was kind of lackluster. I personally don't care for rooms that are all about just high tech and I do like locks and stuff. A lot of the puzzles in this room are just read this thing and figure out how to put stuff in a certain order or twist things to go a certain way or where to play something. And when we played, there were three things that did not trigger properly and the game master said have been finicky. This has been my experience with just about every escape room that tries to be super high tech, one or more puzzles almost never work. Overall I would give this place a 7 out of 10. I do plan on playing their other rooms because I really did love their set design but, I do hope their shadows of Whitechapel has a little bit more creative puzzles.
Museum HeistBreakout Games - ChattanoogaEscape roomIRLThis is hands down the best experience that breakout games has to offer at least in my area.

Bomb Squad [prev. Undercover Alley]Breakout Games - ChattanoogaEscape roomIRLSo there are definitely some cool things about this room that I won't spoil, however there were two puzzles towards the end that were kind of random and somewhat difficult. There is a pipe puzzle but the problem is, the connector pieces are way too big and you're trying to fish something through the pipe system but the connectors makes it almost impossible to fish it out. The game Master had to come in and just give us the item after a while. And then honestly the final puzzle was sort of anticlimactic and didn't make much sense either.
Mystery in the MausoleumSecrets Escape Rooms - ChattanoogaEscape roomIRLI wish there was a middle ground button, however I went with the thumbs down overall due to a few things. There are a few puzzles that have zero indication on where to find them or how they function. I will say there is something in the room that looks like a wall decoration, but, it's definitely a puzzle. The other thing was another part of a puzzle was almost impossible to see due to the lighting in the room.
Cabin In The WoodsMindescapesEscape roomIRLVery fun while I'm town. There were some cool puzzles in this room that were unique!
