The only disappointment was the host jumpin in too often with unprompted assistance which was frustrating as we were often already on the right track. I'm okay with that when hosts see that we are way off track but otherwise we want the space to puzzle things out on our own. So be specific before going in about what level of support you want. I wish their were visible timers in the room but that's only a minor complaint. We had a great time and loved the room!

Did not expect the room to be pitch black to start which made for some laughs as we were inadvertently groping one another trying to find clues to get the lights on, oops! It was a lot of fun with good creativity and immersion.

The Book Of SoulsMystic Escape Room - LittletonEscape roomIRLWe saw that this had a Best of Morty as well as high reviews. It was a very well done room with lots of puzzles. Because of the size and the linear nature I'm not sure it would have been good for our usual group of six but it was perfect for our group of three. There were only a couple times that we got really stuck and had to ask for clues but lots of good challenges within the room that were doable but not easy. All the components of the room fit together and everything made sense.
Shipwrecked - Skull Island!Aha! Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLWe had a Colorado Springs Staycation with two other couples around doing this and another room at Aha! This was a well executed room. The room was incredibly immersive and the puzzles were very consistent with the theme. The game host was very respectful of letting us puzzle things out and we ended up needing zero clues and had 12 minutes to spare. Highly recommend.
Back to the DinerGolden Puzzle RoomEscape roomIRLFirst of all I love a brightly lit room. It seems as though the last 10 Escape rooms that we have been to have been very dimly lit which creates a great ambience but it was a nice surprise to have a bright room with a happy vibe. The room was very well put together with a great theme. Lots of fun puzzles. We had a team of three which felt like a good size. Although we have done a ton of escape rooms we did need some hints to get through. Our game host was perfect with giving hints and various student recognizing when it was time to push a hint in (But always asked us first if we wanted one) and then gave the perfect amount of hint that didn't give it away but allowed us to continue challenging ourselves to solve it. We did not finish but because nobody was booked behind us I really appreciate the game host allowed us to continue puzzling it out until we finished. Great room!!

Family of 3 escaped in 58 min with two hints. The game master, Anna, did not offer any unsolicited hints but clearly tracked the game well as she was on top of it as soon as we needed a hint and offered just the right amount of hint w/o giving it away so that we still had to puzzle things out. We had somewhere to be after but in other circumstances would have taken advantage of the very nice bar and lounge area.
