The excessive complexity detracted from the theme, many of the puzzles were repetitive, the quality of the set design was mediocre at best. The owner did try very hard to coach us through the confusing parts - not necessarily hard puzzles, just confusing instructions. I feel sorry for people who play this room as their very first escape room experience. If it had been mine, I would have been so overwhelmed that I would have never gone to another one.
