Escape Room - WilloughbyEscape roomIRLOur game master had reset the room incorrectly and put puzzle hints needed to answer a puzzle into the room that opened AFTER completing the puzzle. She then opened the room manually and then gave us an incorrect clue. We were getting frustrated, and she did not offer to give any extra time or extra clues due to her mistakes. Then said that she was sorry that "we had struggled so much." Ridiculous mismanagement
