Servants of Sleight
The Exit Games FL
Escape room
IRL
We had the absolute delight of playing Servants of Sleight at Exit Games in Clearwater, Florida—and it was pure magic from start to finish. With all the glowing praise and numerous awards this room has earned, we approached it with high expectations and a bit of hesitation. Could it possibly live up to the hype? The answer: it didn’t just meet those expectations—it conjured something far beyond them. Our Game Master, Jamie, was nothing short of enchanting. Doubling as both our guide and an array of in-world characters, she set the stage with immersive flair. She led us down a quiet alley and introduced us to our mission: we were to be initiated into the prestigious and mysterious Servants of Sleight, a secretive society of magicians. But first, we had to find our way to the ceremony—and nothing would come easily. From the moment we stepped toward the unassuming magic shop entrance, the illusion began. With the flick of a metaphorical wand, we were transported into a world where magic felt real. This didn’t feel like a traditional escape room—it felt like we’d wandered into an actual, long-forgotten brick-and-mortar shop. Shelves lined with vintage magic tricks, glass display cases full of curious artifacts, and memorabilia from a golden age of illusion surrounded us, casting a spell of nostalgia and wonder. The attention to detail was truly extraordinary. Every room deepened the immersion, drawing us further into the magical narrative. At one point, we even had to perform a magic trick ourselves as part of a puzzle—an inspired moment that blurred the line between player and performer. It’s clear that this experience was built with passion, precision, and an understanding of what makes storytelling unforgettable. What impressed us most was how seamlessly the puzzles were integrated into the world. Nothing felt out of place. There were no jarring mechanics or random tasks to pull us out of the moment. Every challenge flowed logically, each one another stepping stone on our magical journey, all guiding us deeper into the heart of the Servants of Sleight. Even the clue system was cleverly woven into the story. Instead of a typical screen, we were handed a cell phone—our “direct line” to the Society. Hints came through cryptic text messages, maintaining the illusion and adding an extra layer of thematic immersion. We won't spoil the surprises that await you—because this is an experience that deserves to be discovered with wide eyes and an open heart. But we will say this: whether you're a seasoned escape room enthusiast or a lover of immersive storytelling, Servants of Sleight is an absolute must-play. It's not just a game. It's a journey into a world of wonder.
Pins & Needles Tattoo Parlor
The Exit Games FL
Escape room
IRL
We recently did Pins and Needles at Exit Games in Clearwater, Florida, and we absolutely loved it. We walked in with a bit of apprehension—it’s not every day you play a room that’s won multiple accolades. But not only did this game live up to its reputation, it far exceeded our expectations. Our game master, Silvercloud, was phenomenal—playing both the role of our GM and a variety of characters within the game. The “job interview” at the start was equal parts hilarious and immersive, immediately drawing us into the strange and quirky world of Pins and Needles and its eccentric owner, Skinz. After leading us to the back-alley entrance, Silvercloud wished us luck, and the real fun began. Once inside the tattoo parlor, we were transported. The environment didn’t feel like a typical escape room—it felt like we had walked straight into a fully functioning tattoo studio, complete with a killer soundtrack playing in the background. The level of detail was outstanding. It’s clear that immense care, research, and creativity went into crafting this experience. Every object belonged. Every puzzle was seamlessly woven into the story, guiding us naturally through the narrative without ever breaking immersion. What truly stood out was the logical flow of the game. There were no disjointed or random puzzles that pulled us out of the world. Everything made sense in the context of the setting and progressed with a clear purpose. The clue system was especially clever and thematic. Instead of a standard monitor on the wall, we were handed a cell phone and told it was a direct line to the shop’s manager. Hints came through text messages, which added another layer of realism and immersion. We don’t want to give away too much, because this is an experience best discovered for yourself. But if you're an escape room enthusiast—or even just a fan of immersive storytelling—Pins and Needles is an absolute must-play. You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing time playing Lost City of Atlantis! The room is stunning and incredibly immersive—from the underwater lighting and sound effects to the chilled temperature that makes you feel like you're deep beneath the ocean. The puzzles were clever, well-integrated into the theme, and had some great “aha!” moments. One of our favorite parts was the mid-game team split—it added excitement and was something we really enjoyed, as it was a refreshing change from games that start with players separated. The waterfall transition between rooms was also a standout, adding to the sense of adventure. Our game master, Rylee, was fantastic: attentive, helpful, and really elevated the experience. We did run into a small issue with a final puzzle disc being hard to read, but Rylee stepped in quickly and kept the momentum going. Highly recommend this room to any escape room fan looking for an immersive, creative, and memorable challenge! "This was our 57th escape room, and we chose Horror Circus—an incredibly fun and immersive experience with just the right amount of jump scares! The theming was top-notch, fully pulling us into the eerie world and storyline. We especially enjoyed the unique dexterity-based puzzles, which were a fresh challenge we hadn’t encountered before. Rylee was a fantastic game master, striking the perfect balance with hints when needed while keeping the excitement high. Highly recommend this room for horror fans looking for an engaging and well-designed adventure!"

Daytona Escape Room Experience

If you find yourself in Daytona, we highly recommend the Daytona Escape Room Experience. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted by a creatively designed lobby that immerses you in the various themes of the rooms. The escape rooms are advertised with marquees reminiscent of classic movie theaters, adding a fun, nostalgic touch. While waiting for your room, there are puzzles to engage with, keeping the excitement going. We had the chance to chat with Mike, the owner, while our room was being reset. Mike is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the escape room industry, and it’s evident that he’s passionate about what he does. He designs all the rooms and props in-house, ensuring that you won’t find any generic decorations here—everything is custom-made and carefully thought out. We played The Crying Cactus Cantina, and from the moment we entered, we were hooked by the atmosphere and the story. The attention to detail is top-notch! In the game, you stumble upon a cantina in the middle of the desert, but it's eerily empty—what happened here? We felt like detectives piecing together a mystery, fully immersed in the environment. The puzzles were well-designed, fitting seamlessly with the setting and story. Some of the challenges were unlike anything we had seen before, making the experience even more exciting. The design truly made us feel like we had discovered an abandoned establishment in the desert. Our game master Becca was phenominal. She was extremely attentive and gave the exact nudges we needed. This is definitely not a room for beginners—I'd recommend it only for experienced players looking for a real challenge. Overall, Daytona Escape Room Experience offers an unforgettable, immersive adventure that is well worth the visit!
