The Fortune TellerNo. 1 EscapesEscape roomIRLOur team has eagerly explored all of No. 1 Escapes’ rooms because they contain such passion and innovation, and The Fortune Teller is one of our favorite escape rooms of all time. Very high tech, well executed puzzles with a good plot that paid homage to the previous rooms in an enjoyable way. Also appreciated the attention to detail in the environment and props. This room was clearly a labor of love. 10/10 experience, will be looking forward to N1E’s future offerings.
Chapter 1: The BunkerThe Bunker ExperienceEscape roomIRLAmong the most expensive yet also most frustrating/poorly executed escape rooms we’ve done yet, which was disappointing as we were very excited about the size of the set and immersion. Unfortunately, it ended up working against them as 99% of the props weren’t relevant to the puzzles at all. The staff/live actors were very sweet and helpful, but unfortunately, they also threw us off the trail several times by making it seem as if we couldn’t travel freely between the rooms, when the puzzle required it. Overall very frustrating and we would not recommend. Also fair warning, very scary for those who don’t do well with fear/pressure.
Wizard EscapeUnity Escape Rooms - RedlandsEscape roomIRLOur group loves to do escape rooms and we don’t take it lightly when we say this has notably been one of the worst experiences. It feels bad since our game masters were nice, but the puzzles themselves were very disappointing and poorly made. We couldn’t differentiate two important things that made us nearly not complete the room. The lore was also unnecessarily heavy and confusing.
