    I don't feel the need to rehash what everyone else has said in other reviews. However, I want to just give a piece of advice: Go in October. The Haunted House is in full swing so there are live actors. We were ushered into the room by someone in character. Throughout the entire room, we had live actors who were "members of the family" walking in and out of our room, acting as a live GM. They would give us hints when needed and completely immersed us in the story and atmosphere. This made the experience so much better!

    Very cute, unique room. This place has awesome rooms! Plenty of puzzles in this room. Having a linear room makes things much less confusing, really focusing on the plot and magic of winter!

    First day the room opened and the fastest to complete the room (so far!) Great thematic room, fun puzzles, and a great staff. One or two small hiccups on one of the puzzles, but a very great room!

    Lovely room! Owners were very nice. Non linear room can be overwhelming at first, but once you get your bearings down, things start to click!

    Overall a good room, just a few things I think could have made it a bit clearer: 1) There was one puzzle where pencil was used to give you a small start and help. The te lines could have been more clear, they were a little faded. 2) One or two of the puzzles was a little unintuitive and I wouldn't have made the connection without a hint Besides this, everything else in the room worked well, the theming was fun, the puzzles weren't too difficult/require and skill besides problem solving skills

    Uninspiring. Single room trying to find codes for locks. Was their easiest room, which I don't mind (would be a good first escape room for kids) However did not feel immersed in just a room. Felt like a high school project, which is surprising given this is a chain. Our game master was very sweet and nice however, so shout out to her.

    Hosts Cedric and Lloyd were very friendly and helpful. Room had a lot going on inside of it. Sometimes the amount of stuff was overwhelming (what do I need? What do I not need?) Not a linear room! Plenty to do with multiple people. We were the second folks to beat the room, so definitely a challenging one!
