Project BeaconRiddle Me This Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis was a lot of fun. Our game master was wonderful, and knowledgeable. Alittle construction but they just moved and that just means they are making more rooms. First room puzzles worked perfectly, second room was where we found trouble, some puzzles were unclear, others didn’t work properly. Our game master was on top of it though and as soon as she noticed it wasn’t working she would fix it for us. Great twist!
Pharaoh’s RevengeMassanutten Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis was fun for our family, the puzzles weren’t hard, but we did have alittle trouble figuring out what was next. The set design and story were okay, carpet in a desert tomb is alittle odd. It was engaging for our 11yr old.
The Dark Mage’s RiseCrack the CodeEscape roomIRLWe were very unhappy with this room. We did escape, but it had no story and each puzzle, besides just being a combination lock, did not link together at all. At certain points we were totally confused and entirely lacking in direction. The music that played constantly was obnoxious and annoyingly loud. The black lights didn’t work at all. And the front desk/GM couldn’t keep her headphones out of her ears long enough to speak 2 words to us.
