Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle60Out - MelroseEscape roomIRLI guess I was there on an off night. This was the only truly bad escape room experience I’ve ever had. Half the puzzles were broken. Our game master just kept telling us “keep jiggling it” or “that’s right, just try it again” We wasted so much time on broken puzzles until the game master finally let us bypass them since the correct solutions weren’t mechanically registering. This happened on five different puzzles. When we tried to complain we were told it was just us and there was nothing wrong with the room. No apology, no refund, just very rude accusations of us not doing the puzzles right despite obvious proof of that not being true. I will never go back to this location.
