Treasure IslandBrain Games Escape RoomEscape roomIRLOverall a very cool room. Set design stands out, it seems like a lot of attention was paid to detail and making sure the room felt immersive. My group had two brand new players and 3 more experienced players, and all of us had the chance to solve something, so a very good medium difficulty.

WarlockedQuest Room - KoreatownEscape roomIRLI firmly believe that great game masters are the most important element of every escape room. I’ve played plenty of rooms that left me impressed with technology, with puzzles, with decorations, all of the above. Quest Room definitely delivered on all of these with ease. But that’s not why I’m coming back. What made me decide I was willing to pay for a future game was the phenomenal customer service. Now, I should be very clear, I’m sure that since there were no other games taking place at the time we were able to receive extra care and build a better connection, and that’s not guaranteed to happen every time. Disclaimer aside, Robbie and Lily knocked it out of the park. Both of them were so charming and personable and made us feel welcomed, like they were genuinely excited to be joining us on our adventure. They made sure our game ran smoothly, giving us playful nudges in the right direction when we were missing something right in front of us. Even the guys I spoke with on the phone before booking and after playing, Chad and Chris, were so pleasant and helpful. The room was seriously amazing, but it was the people who really won me over. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Again, shout out for Robbie and Lily. Thanks for taking the time and effort to elevate this already amazing experience well beyond what I expected.

I would recommend games to both casuals and enthusiasts. These are great rooms to bring people to because they always deliver a solid good time. See breakdown for more details.
