    The room was low-budget but was still solid. The design worked and the mocking red herrings were cute, but the star was definitely the puzzles. There were so many non-linear puzzles densely packed into the small room and it was an incredibly satisfying experience.

    Pumpkin Eater is disgusting. This maze does an excellent job at making you feel small, and the visuals combined with the excellent sound design make the maze a uniquely gross haunt. Being the size of an insect is made as horrifying and there's a sense of relief when you leave the maze and feel normal sized again. It's definitely not for the faint of heart

    The story was solid, but the excellent body horror was easily the star of the show. The horrific fleshy abominations look like something straight out of a Junji Ito panel. The actors' role is much more minor than most other haunts, but them going about some of their creepy tasks is a lot scarier than just jumpscaring you.

    I feel like 2023's Terror Tram made the studio tour worse but not scarier. The fumigation tarps weren't interesting to look at and it felt like it detracted from some of the iconic sets by covering stuff up. The actors outfits were similarly bland, and the term "Squooge" was too goofy to actually be scared by the apple pie scent.
