Cornstalkers: Lost in the MaizeThe Escape Ventures - OrlandoEscape roomIRLIt’s not everyday I get to experience a game like this. To call it a game isn’t really even accurate. This is truly a fully realized, elevated experience showcasing what escape rooms have been evolving towards. Everything in this experience was cranked up to an 11. The acting, the set, the music choices, the scents, the way you interact with the environments. It’s all thought out and done perfectly. I was lucky enough to play this experience a few weeks after it officially opened and I can already tell it’ll go down as one of the best rooms in Florida, the USA, or perhaps even the world. I 1000% recommend (obviously) and I can’t wait to see what the TEV team can whip up next!
Hope EndThe Ministry Of PeculiaritiesEscape roomIRLWhat an incredible experience. Fully immersive from the moment you are invited inside from the staff. At the start of the game some of my party was scared about the spooky environment but the staff was very welcoming and calming and we all had the best time. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Los Angeles area who loves escape rooms, and even for people further than that because this game is worth traveling for.
Click 'N Glitch Arcade PalaceThe Escape Ventures - Port CharlotteEscape roomIRLAnother amazing experience by the TEV team. Everything about this game was incredible… the set, story, puzzles, atmosphere… etc. all great. So many unique and memorable moments while playing that made this one of my favorite games I’ve ever played. Highly recommend!
Search For SasquatchBoxed In Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLI had read the reviews for this game and was expecting it to be good, but what I was not prepared for were several jaw dropping moments and such an expansive and immersive set. All of the puzzles were fun to solve and unique. I would say this game is easily in my top 10 of all time and if you’re in the St. Louis area or even anywhere remotely close then you need to come and play.
Mafia HeistMind Trap Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLYou can definitely tell that first and foremost, the people who built this game are haunt builders. One of the most interesting and immersive sets I’ve ever experienced, just like all the other reviews say. However, you can also clearly tell that they’re haunt builders because this game’s puzzles were mostly all bad. I think 80% of them were button pushing or entering a digit code into a keypad. Many of the puzzles had absolutely zero sense of direction and in the later half of the game we basically needed help with everything. There was also a red herring that sunk about 3 minutes of our time because it was obvious we should do something with it and then our game master told us to ignore it. There was a puzzle at the very end that was super cool, but again, no sense of direction to actually get the pieces to complete it. Clue system is done through a walkie talkie as well which I always hate, and we failed on the last puzzle and needed about 2 minutes or so to complete. (Which wouldn’t have been an issue without the clearly placed red herring) TLDR: extremely interesting and immersive set but really really bad puzzles.
The DIEnerIntense Escape - Tampa LocationEscape roomIRLHave not had this much pure fun in a room in such a long time. We drove from Orlando to Tampa for this game and a few others and this was by far our favorite. Game play was super fun and the set was immersive and interesting. Definitely do the scary version and let your self be immersed for the best experience.
Wagon Train: End of Outlaws' ReignLocksmith Escape GamesEscape roomIRLWhat a fun and unique game. Even though this experience does fall into one of the classic escape room categories (western, pirates, prison break etc.) there was such an interesting story and set that this was very easy to ignore. The combination of Wagon Train, Bloodshed Bayou and Doomsday Disaster are a really great collection of games that really hold up well in a market as competitive as Orlando’s is. 100% recommend this room!

Behind The CurtainTwisted Limits Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLMy group had such a fun time playing this game! You can definitely tell this is an older escape room, but that didn’t take away from any of the fun we had while playing. I personally preferred this game to The Passage because the puzzles made more sense to our group, but none the less worth checking both out!
Bruno's BistroCheck Mate - Land O' LakesEscape roomIRLWow, wow, wow! This game was definitely a surprise! The story, atmosphere and puzzles all exceeded my group's expectations. Absolutely recommend driving out here and giving this game a try! It sets a high bar for Italian restaurant themed escape rooms!
