The workers were “tired” (yes they even told us they were) and we didn’t even get the beginning videos of what we were supposed to do. At one point it took almost 3 minutes to get a hint when we asked. The puzzles did not make sense and when we asked the workers were not very explanatory. We have been to many escapology locations and this was probably the worst one. We have also escaped every room we have ever done so we were very annoyed. We also were putting the right code in and the lock got stuck so they had to come in and help. They only put 1 minute back for us when it took almost 10 mins to have us explain it really wasn’t working, for them to come into the room AND to open it in general. Very disappointing.
