Elevator to Hell

Overall we were sadly disappointed compared to the other games at this location, which we enjoyed much more. I agree with previous review observing that the logic of the puzzles were not clear, requiring leaps of logic that did not quite make sense. Some felt too easy while others were not so much challenging in a fun way but were confusing. 

Wishing there was more to discover and explore than the one space and felt like with more than two people there would not be enough different puzzles to solve simultaneously.

We did not get guidance ahead of time whether hints were possible or how to obtain them if so. Also, tried emailing customer service before booking but never heard back.
