Rogue's CoveEscape Hour - VineyardEscape roomIRLThis was such a cool and fun room! The puzzles were engaging and I enjoyed that the puzzles were not linear so me and my husband could work on things separately. Definitely the most immersive experience we have gone to! My only complaints are that there was no countdown timer so we had no idea how much time was left and we were sometimes fed clues if we looked around too long, but I think we would have figured it out if we had been given more time to brainstorm. There was no button or anything to say when we wanted a clue.
Pandora’s BoxTrapped! Escape Room - Las VegasEscape roomIRLThis room was definitely on the easy end of escape rooms- would be great for beginners. The effects made it a lot of fun. I guess we finished the main storyline with 25 minutes left but they did have additional puzzles for people who finish quick. We finished those before the time was up as well.
The Lich’s LairSecret Combinations Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLMe and my husband THOUGHT we would be fine doing this just the 2 of us, but it would have been easier with more. We still had a great time and enjoyed the puzzles. We were the only team there so they gave us some extra time at the end to finish up. Definitely recommend!
Escape The AtticBig Brain EscapeEscape roomIRLMe and my husband are wimps and don’t like anything scary so we were a little nervous about trying this one. The vibes were more spooky and not scary (no jump scares) so it was just fine for us. In case anyone else is concerned about it
CountdownGreat Room EscapeEscape roomIRLThis room was fun overall, but the flow was a little awkward and a couple things didn’t really make sense. The first room is a little on the darker side so if you struggle with dimmer lights like me then this one might not be best
Christmas CatastropheThe Escape DateEscape roomIRLThis room was a lot of fun, however it felt like it was a little too easy. As a team of 2 we finished with 18 minutes left (normally we are right down to the last minute). The workers were surprised and said it was one of their hardest rooms, but we felt like there could have been a couple more puzzles added. Still a lot of fun, just wish there was a little more.
Wizard TrialsPanIQ Room - San FranciscoEscape roomIRLThis room was fun! We finished with 15 minutes left and did not need any hints. It kept our interest the whole time for sure. Environment was great too
Medieval MadnessPanIQ Room - San FranciscoEscape roomIRLNot our favorite room, but we still had a good time. Most places provide a notepad for larger puzzles that have a lot of steps, but they did not offer one which is my biggest complaint. Overall the flow was ok, but there were a couple of parts that didn’t fully make sense and we ended up completing by accident. Still a fun experience and the theming was great
