The AlchemistSherlockedEscape roomIRLMy favorite escape room to date. The puzzles were the perfect level of difficulty for my experienced escape room crew, and parts of the experience felt like actual magic. A complete delight from beginning to end!
RockstarCityscape GamesEscape roomIRLOur time at the escape room was a blast! The set was so much fun to explore, truly immersive. The game master was super helpful, giving us all the info we needed upfront. The puzzles hit the sweet spot for our group of three experienced puzzlers, keeping it enjoyable. Plus, the musical theme added an extra layer of fun to the entire experience. Definitely a great time!
Guardians' GroveSure Lock Escapes – Cypher Island (Renton)Escape roomIRLMy friends and I made the trek from Seattle to Renton to check out Sure Lock Escapes’s TERPECA-nominated rooms, Guardian’s Grove and Shimmer Reef. We're a group of 7 experienced escapers, each with 10-40 rooms under our belts. The storyline was engaging, and the room itself was a blast. Even with our extensive experience, we still encountered some tricky challenges, which kept all of us actively engaged. The room was well-paced and there was always something for everyone to be working on simultaneously. Guardian’s Grove was a standout for us, especially with the 100-minute time limit. It’s rare to have that much time in a room, and it allowed us to fully dive into the puzzles and enjoy every minute. We really felt like we got our money’s worth, though things did get a little crowded with 7 players.

Shimmer Reef had some fantastic puzzles that could be parallelized without stepping all over each other, which was great for our larger group. There were also a lot more moving, beautiful pieces that were quite fun and added a lot to the experience.
Underwater LairEscape! WhistlerEscape roomIRLThis room was beautiful from beginning to end! Each part of the set was truly immersive, and the technology made for some really fun wow moments with the puzzles!
Evil Dead 2Hourglass EscapesEscape roomIRLVery fun room with some cool surprises. Puzzles weren't super difficult, which made it a bit of overkill for us to have 8 people. Would definitely have preferred to have a lower advised puzzler count, but it was overall a well put-together and fun room.

Zodiac KillerEscape Room Seattle by Fox In A BoxEscape roomIRLThe theme and horror immersion were fun, but some of the puzzles lacked cohesiveness and the plot line wasn’t always super clear.
The Mystery At The Majestic TheatreFind & SeekEscape roomIRLFun room with a good number of parallel puzzles (necessary for the 7 of us) and an fun set.
Ancient EgyptFlee: The Ultimate Real Life Escape GameEscape roomIRLPuzzles were really linear, so with six of us it felt like there were always a few folks without anything to do.
