The ending was interesting, but lacked direction. There was an incident in another room while we were playing which I think may have hindered our experience. One section was also broken which left us lost and confused for a period of time.
A Not So Fairytale EndingLock, Clock, and Peril Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis game was pure magic. It really succeeded with invoking happiness and making you smile! Everything you encountered had a purpose, and the method used to engage with sections was great. The storyline was never lost, and the puzzles all made sense and were themed well. The owners of this business were so friendly and welcoming that it just enhanced the experience even more. We just did a Carolinas escape tour and this room truly stood out.

The game was disorienting, which added to the environment. The characters in the game did an amazing job at helping move the game forward. The puzzles in this room were great! Very straight forward and we didn’t require any help aside from the first puzzle. Definitely play if you’re in Athens!
Don't Take A BreathVerone Live Action Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis was a phenomenal experience! It was a great blend of scary, fun, and theatrics. The game play was fantastic, and allowed you to play through the storyline while interacting with the set. I am so impressed and think this game deserves all of the hype it gets, and then some!
Cutthroat Cavern13th Gate EscapeEscape roomIRLThis game had SO much hype!!! The set design was very good, and grandiose, but the game play was lacking and had several elements that just didn’t hold up to the game. (I’ve played close to 600 games) We enjoyed the space, but the overall experience (between game play and customer service) was not incredible (which we were expecting). 1 prop was more frustrating than anything, and the storyline got lost throughout the game. The whole experience here was slightly disappointing.
El Exorcista [The Exorcist]No Exit IlioupoliEscape roomIRLThis game was amazing! You literally play through the movie while also playing a very clever, and scary escape room. The actors in this room were SO impressive, really making the entire experience stand out! This game deserves its spot on the TERPECA list!
Heresy: 1897Doors of DivergenceEscape roomIRLThe experience was interesting, and the actor did a great job, but it wasn’t as interactive as I expected. The environment looked good, but it’s in a warehouse and you can hear the other game happening, which made following the storyline difficult. The puzzles were good, but nothing super unique (and sometimes lacked guidance) It was confusing regarding the “choices” elements. Lots of potential. We liked our introduction character at the bar a lot!
Wanted: Dead or AliveNo Exit IlioupoliEscape roomIRLThis game was so much fun! The actors/character really added to the experience! Every moment of this game was well thought out, making the game flow perfectly! Although it was on the easy side, our group still had a great time and was laughing the entire time! Great way to change things up from the other terrifying rooms in the area.

Shhh!The Escape WarehouseEscape roomIRLThis location was fantastic!!! 10/10! We had just played 13th Gate and were completely blown away by this company. We played all 3 games but Shhh! Really stood out to us as a team. The set design, game play and customer service were truly top notch!
