The Man From BeyondStrange Bird ImmersiveEscape roomIRLAfter playing this bucket list room, it is clear why it is considered one of the best in the world. From the moment you enter to when you leave, this place immerses you and pulls you into a story actors are awesome and the entire experience is elevated. We did this as 4 with our 9,13yo. There is one part that takes 3 people 5 feet tall to do it. (Thanks to the 13yo). From the moment you enter until you leave this experience really pulls you in. This room is a must do.
Sal's CyberneticsThe Immersive MachineEscape roomIRLThis is a really fun room with a great storyline and production value. There were a couple of unique parts that we haven't seen before that really added to the experience (no spoilers here). Scott was our gym and he built the room along with his partner Kayleah. You can tell they put a lot of love into the room and he shared his vision for the location with us. I'm really excited to see when their vision comes to life because we had a great time and they truly love putting a great product together. We will add this to The Nemesis club as must do rooms in the Phoenix area.
Révolte À La Lock [Revolt At Lock Academy]The Lock AcademyEscape roomIRLThis was a very fun and engaging room. We completed this with 2. The gm’s are active and involved here and they have a good sense of humor. We did the room in English and had a great experience. Highly recommend. Thank you Pierre!!
Wong's ChineseThe Perfect EscapeEscape roomIRLThis is arguably the best room in the DFW area. Family owned location and great storyline, flow, and puzzles. We enjoyed Wong’s thoroughly. I would suggest 4-6 for this one
The NeighborSteal and EscapeEscape roomIRLThis was a very good room. It integrated well and was thoughtful. The puzzles were good and some were unique. We were impressed and enjoyed it more than we expected. There are a lot of parts that we appreciated even more after the room like every room being used multiple times, one puzzle being used 2 different ways and that we could hear each other easily from different rooms. These took a lot of collaboration and we felt that was very easy because of the way the room was set up. Also, there was nothing that we didn’t like or that didn’t make sense. Often a good room can still have something that wasn’t optimal. Great room.
Big Maw Bertha's Fussin' & A' Feudin' Moonshine Hill HootenannyGatlin's Escape Games - Downtown GatlinburgEscape roomIRLOriginal theme and room with tremendous production value. This is a bucket list room.
Masters Of MagicGatlin's Escape Games - The VillageEscape roomIRLWe completed this room with 2. Awesome effects and very good storyline.
L’Examen [The Examination]The Lock AcademyEscape roomIRLAnother very well thought out room. I don’t want to give spoilers but this room had some curveballs and definitely made it interesting. It is difficult to decide which of their rooms I like best but they all are well planned, creative, and novel. Very enjoyable and can be done with 2 or as a group.
Special Ops: Mysterious MarketThe Escape Game - GaslampEscape roomIRLThis was an awesome room. This may be my favorite from here, but it has been a long time since we did gold rush and the playground. The story flowed very well and kept us very immersed. Our group had a great time with a mix of 2 that have done over 100 rooms and 2 that had done 1 combined room before.
The Lost ExpeditionSteal and EscapeEscape roomIRLThis was a very fun room. We did this with 2 people even though they recommend 4+. Everything flowed well even when we were split apart. The GM was helpful but didn’t steer too much and the game was immersive and fun.
