Rogue's CoveEscape Hour - VineyardEscape roomIRLAhoy, puzzle lovers! My sister and I (a.k.a. Team We Be Solvin’) recently took on Rogue’s Cove at Escape Hour, and it was nothing short of legendary. 🏴☠️ From the moment we started our quest, we were transported. The immersion was next-level — it didn’t feel like a game, it felt like we were stepping into a living, breathing pirate world. The attention to detail was phenomenal, and every twist kept us fully engaged. The puzzles? Chef’s kiss. Creative, well-integrated, and super satisfying to solve. We’ve done our share of escape rooms, and this one had fresh ideas that really stood out from the rest. And let’s talk about the crew — Matt and Drew were absolutely fantastic. You can tell they love what they do, and they go out of their way to make every group feel welcome and hyped. Grace was great too — friendly, helpful, and totally in on the fun. Escape Hour isn’t just a game — it’s an experience. If you want to be challenged, wowed, and fully immersed, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back to uncover more secrets!
Mad ScientistSecret Combinations Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLWe liked this room a lot. The theme was very evident throughout the whole of the room. The decor and the puzzles were right on point. The puzzles were clever, yet intuitive and the right mix of logic, problem solving, and basic hide & seek. I can’t really think of anything in this room that we did not enjoy - although one of the last puzzles needed to solve the room was a little hard to understand the direction the room was trying to make - we ended up using a process of elimination rather than solving the actual puzzle, if that makes sense. We felt like we went through the two rooms pretty quickly, solving the puzzles as we went and really didn’t need any clues, until we literally couldn’t find an item and then for directions on how to solve one of the final puzzles, but even then, we didn’t end up using that clue, really. Overall, I would definitely recommend this room. It would be a good first time room for a group just starting out with escape rooms - it’s got a good mix of the types of puzzles I’ve seen around at other escape room locations.
Escape BoardomEscape BoredomEscape roomIRLIf you grew up battling it out over Monopoly, Scrabble or even Candyland, this escape room will hit you right in the nostalgia! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we’d walked straight into a larger-than-life board game — bright, clever, and full of surprises. It’s super family-friendly, with puzzles that keep both kids and adults totally engaged (and occasionally laughing at how “obvious” something was once we figured it out!). The creativity here is next-level — every challenge ties perfectly into the theme, and the inventiveness of it all blew us away. There’s only one actual lock in the whole room (yes, really!), which makes everything else feel fresh and original. Instead of the usual padlocks and keys, the room relies on teamwork, clever thinking, and hands-on interaction to bring the story to life. It’s whimsical, clever, and absolutely bursting with charm. Whether you’re a puzzle pro or just looking for something fun to do with the family, this escape room is pure joy from start to finish.
Getout Spaceflight | Mission To MarsGetOut Games - ProvoEscape roomIRLOverall fun room. The theme is on point and the puzzles seem to fit well. Our group of 4 (two first timers) got right into the game and started finding and figuring things out quickly. The puzzles are very linear (more than once our GM had to tell us we weren’t quite ready to solve a puzzle we started working on) so, I guess, focus on solving the puzzle at hand. Everything seemed to work well and nothing seemed worn or broken. One thing that maybe set us back a little was our GM was a little green, so he was a little hard to understand, but we were able to figure most things out on our own.
