Red GiantQuest Room - HollywoodEscape roomIRLAs someone who loves escape rooms, this is the 1 room I would tell everyone to AVOID!!! Red Giant is completely uninspiring and left us feeling bored and cheated. There was not a single “ah-ha” moment or proper puzzle. There was no creativity in this room. It was torture. So many “puzzles” were just a waste of time. I can’t believe we wasted our time and money on this room which I couldn’t wait to be over. There is no indication when something is accomplished, and the doors didn’t stay open. This room was entirely following instructions and walking in circles looking for things that may be relevant. Even going back to a previous room required us to use our fingernails to pull open the door. While the set design was cool, the puzzles and practicality didn’t match. An utter waste of time that no one should go through. I wouldn’t recommend to even beginners as this room could single-handedly make people despise doing escape rooms. Everything felt like a chore and the only redeeming factor came at the end. This room should have been demolished before we had a chance to book.
