Here, Kitty KittyEscape Room LAEscape roomIRLSolid, 2 people (advanced) beginners could get through in time. cute and well themed! Some fun surprises. Puzzles were pretty standard but fun and well signposted.There was one puzzle which seemed like a logical leap but others were good. Definitely lower budget. Lots of locks!!! Some props came off in my hand but didn’t affect the gameplay. The one weird thing is that the GM is in the room the whole time. The person we had was nice, but it felt strange and they gave pre-emptive hints that we didn’t really want (even if they thought we needed them). They also told us some things were “not important” like very early on. Why not let us figure it out? I think it’s an old building and they can’t get an intercom or cameras set up. EDIT: I should mention this was $72pp on a weekend (weekdays are less) for 1 hour game. I appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into all rooms but for this level of nice but not amazing set and puzzle design that is really too overpriced for me.
