Lab RatHatch EscapesEscape roomIRLHonestly, the beginning was great. I felt like we were doing well. But then as we started going, stuff started getting too vague for us. Some things didn’t click even after a clue was given. At one point, we started doing the same puzzle twice because there wasn’t anything to push us into the other room. I was incredibly disappointed despite the high reviews. Was it something we missed? Is it us? Was it a bad day? I can’t tell you. I really enjoyed the first area of the room. Towards the end, there was some glitching that took me out. And I was no longer enjoying myself. This is DEFINITELY not a beginner room. We’ve done 35 rooms prior to this one, and we did not escape. I wish I could do it again, but it’s one of the most expensive rooms we’ve done.
The HideEscape Room Era - AnaheimEscape roomIRLWe’ve done a couple of scary themed rooms, but this was definitely relying on scary atmosphere! The puzzles aren’t terribly hard, but it’s definitely a challenge if you’re scared and stressed. Fighting over who has to do what and who has to do the “scary thing” first.
BattleshipNot Another Escape RoomEscape roomIRLSoooooo many puzzles!! You solve puzzles for ammo. You use ammo for the “battleship” game. It’s such a fun and unique idea! I loved it!
