Cosmic CrisisThe Escape Game - The GalleriaEscape roomIRLVery interesting concept, with a mix of finding pieces of puzzles and actual puzzle solving. Can be physically difficult to do one of the puzzles with only two people.
Jazz ParlorEscape My RoomEscape roomIRLThe vibes were immaculate. Ramping difficulty towards the end. Set design was great. Would be a bit cramped with more than 4 people.
Prison BreakThe Escape Game - New OrleansEscape roomIRLHonestly my favorite escape game room. Very challenging with 2 people. Really cool set design with tricky hidden items. There was a kind of unfair element that most small teams will need a hint to find.
Wizard TrialsPanIQ Room - HoustonEscape roomIRLVery fun easy room, don’t forget to use your wand. Use the wand. Use the wand. Other than that the atmosphere of the room was great, one of the most fun sets I’ve done.
The Sheriff'S OfficeClue CarréEscape roomIRLSplit start escape rooms are always fun, this particular one is on the easier side with some more obvious hints to help you through the room. Of course you’ll need to work together to get out of the start rooms. There’s also some assembly puzzles which a lot of escape rooms don’t usually have. All in all it is a good starter room. Just be aware some of the locks are very finicky. (There’s also no story and a mediocre atmosphere)
Vampire Hunter RoomClue CarréEscape roomIRLFun room, lots of puzzles, don’t do it with more than 6 people. The atmosphere is interesting and they have some unique puzzles. My only gripe with the room is the amount of lock based puzzles, basically every puzzle in the room is lock based so it can be overwhelming with the amount of different locks you need to try putting codes into.
The Carnival HeistClue CarréEscape roomIRLSplit room. The coat room section needs a revamp. There’s not enough room to place the hints down, and the small stand itself is wobbly. Also if you take everything out of the coats and forget which one you took it out of you’re screwed. Other than that the room is well designed. Also side note, it’s a bit frustrating to be given hints without asking for them.
