Project MinotaurQuest Room - HollywoodEscape roomIRLProject Minotaur is definitely one of my favorite escape room ever. I had so much apprehension and anxiety before going in since i knew it was a very intense game, and god was i right ! It truly felt like i was inside a movie, the decors, actors, made it feel somehow real. Actors were great and so was our GM. Puzzles aren’t that hard, we stayed stuck for a long time on the first one, but after that, i believe we went much faster. The entire game is nerve racking. Your heart is racing, the sound effects makes it even more intense, it’s truly an experience I won’t forget. It’s a great story, puzzles made sense, acting was great, it was awesome. Thank you again !
The CourtyardTHE BASEMENT: A Live Escape Room Experience - SylmarEscape roomIRLThis was my very first escape room ever. We were very warmly welcomed and immediately put into the spooky atmosphere of this building. As soon as we got into the room, we were all immersed. Game master was great. The room itself is great. I genuinely thought i was outside at some point, and every part of the room was really executed. We unfortunately didn’t make it out. I’d say the puzzles were pretty hard, there’s only 20% of people who escape. We weren’t part of those 20% lol. We were almost done but ran out of time. Live actor was great, she held her role perfectly ! Would recommend this escape room to intermediate groups.
Zoe: RebornEscapade GamesEscape roomIRLAfter almost 20 scary escape rooms, Zoe : Reborn remains my absolute number 1. The atmosphere is INSANE, live actors are terrifying, i screamed more than once during the game. They let you play until you get out, you don’t have a time limit, which is actually great since you spend 50% of the time being afraid the live actors are in the room with you or about to come. It was hard to focus on the puzzles because we were so scared lol but it made the whole experience even more fun. We bought the footage of our game (our biggest scares) and it’s amazing to see how scared we were all. Actors do a fantastic job, the rooms are so much fun to do, puzzles aren’t as hard as i thought it would be but, again, you’re so afraid the entire time that it’s hard to be as efficient as you wish you could be. It’s definitely nerve racking and stressful, you have to run, crawl, hide…. The best scary escape room i’ve done so far !
