This game has one of the most creative and detailed hint delivery systems I’ve ever encountered. The space is huge! My group and I had an absolute blast and I’m excited to play their other room sometime.

We saved the stupid Americans! And I guess A.L.E.X. helped too.

One of the most laugh out loud funny rooms I’ve ever played. A must-play if you’re feeling nostalgic in Portland!

This is such a fun room for 2 people! Because it’s so linear, I don’t think I would recommend it for more people than that. After we escaped, the GM let on that this room employs optional extra puzzles that they choose to deploy only if a group is solving quickly… genius! The use of “elemental” effects here is so unique and makes very good use of the immersion-breaking ceiling. The lights and sounds do such a good job of indicating what you should be working on and whether or not you succeeded in solving something. I’m a ‘fraidy cat and I definitely got spooked pretty hard by this game (there are multiple jump scares built in), but if I could do it, I promise just about anyone could do it. I did scream a lot though. 😅

This was my first Seattle escape room experience and it did not disappoint. While it’s a definite must-play for fans of the film, the game was cleverly designed so that you don’t have to know anything about the franchise to play effectively. There are some funny Easter eggs peppered in for the fans. As a horror movie fan who can’t solve puzzles while scared, I appreciated the fact that this room is not really scary, despite its source material.

This was the first escape room I ever played. I didn’t make it out, but it was an amazing first experience.

My group were all pretty experienced, so I felt like I blinked and the room was over! The motion effect in the elevator portion was fun and something I’d not experienced before.

This is a fine room, but didn’t stand out as anything special to our team when we walked away. The set was nice, but there was one puzzle in particular that did not work for us and I think our GM may have been running multiple games because we weren’t getting hints when we asked and one time we got one for something we’d already done. None of us were very experienced escape room players at the time, so we did not make it out.

I wish I had enjoyed the entire experience of this one more, but the puzzles were a weak point. The space itself is huge and immersive, though. I think groups with kids would have a fun time with this one.

I’m not sure I understand why this is on Morty at all. I’ve done more involved and intense immersive puzzle experiences inside a bar than this that are not listed on Morty at all (Raven’s Manor in Portland, OR, I’m looking at you!). Not to spoil a anything about The Lock, but if you are an escape room enthusiast, this will not even register as an escape-adjacent experience. The two drink minimum once you get inside is worth considering with the aforementioned info.
