Your detective skills are critical to your survival. On a fast train to Budapest with your fellow detectives, you find out a man by the name of Sir Clarence Hayden has suddenly been murdered! You’re able to narrow down 5 suspects who were seen in the dining car around the same time, but it’s up to you to nail down the suspect before the next stop along the railway. Moving through the cabins and gathering evidence, the killer knows you are hot on their trail and has decided you are their next target. With you out of the picture, they would be free to escape when the train stops.

Game has more of a “whodunnit” feel, but the puzzles were fun to solve and we had a great time!
Agreed that the popular Budapest Express is more of a logical crime scene assessment or whodunnit style than a traditional escape room. It's always fantastic to hear you had fun and a great time! Thanks for the nice review and enjoy your next escape!

It’s like clue but on a larger scale. Not really escape roomesque as it is a whodunnit. Still fun tho
That's similar to how we'd describe the popular Budapest Express as well. It is logic based, and almost like a live version of the board game, where it's more crime scene assessment or whodunnit style than a traditional escape room. Great to hear you still had fun playing!

Pleasant room with a fun “who done it” concept. You must listen to the game masters at the beginning because they tell you vital information that my team, unfortunately, disregarded which led to the last puzzle being much more difficult than intended. Fun room, cool design and nice staff.

Really appreciate the review, and advice for others, but you aren't the only ones to miss that guidance unfortunately. We know it's a little unique twist to the game style, so we do try to warn guests, though we are there to help get a team back on track, if desired (which not everyone wants help, and we totally understand and try to respect their wishes). So glad to hear that you had fun, as well as appreciated the design and the staff too!

My impression of this room is definitely clouded by my expectations going in. It didn't fully occur to me that a murder mystery doesn't directly require escaping, so the reality of this room's goal didn't sink in until I was doing it, and I didn't enjoy the process. The room was designed very well with numerous details and multiple rooms. The GM was a bit odd and seemed uncomfortable when interacting with us. Overall, a subpar experience, but if you enjoy a clue-style murder mystery over an escape, give it a try and maybe you'll enjoy it more than me.
While it flowed, I don't personally enjoy not escaping.
The atmosphere was great and the set was well constructed.
The staff was a bit standoffish and our GM seemed uncomfortable interacting with us.

Thanks for the honest review. Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy this unique whodunnit style which admittedly is more of a logical crime scene assessment game than a traditional escape room. None of our other games are like that, so maybe you'll enjoy the others more. Also apologies for the odd interaction from the staff back then, as that does not sounds like the normal experience with us, but glad to hear you appreciated the design of the room. We hope to see you for another escape some day.

Definitely a really fun but challenging escape room. There was alot to this one. A lot of fun though.
