Very below average room might even say bad, only thing it had going for it was a pretty good set design. Customer service was fine. However their system needs to be fixed. They had 1 employee managing both rooms at once and helping with axe throwing all at the same time. Rooms are not soundproof, so we heard the axe throwing and people in the other room all throughout, which led to our clues (Only limited to 3) being wayy too late. We'd ask for a clue and since the employee isn't focused on our game we'd wait a couple minutes not knowing what to do then it'd finally pop up. Other than the bad experience, room had too much search and find and also a lot of red herrings. There were a couple of cool set props, but the puzzles were confusing and a couple didn't feel on theme with the subway.
