Dark Heart of the Hotel - Chapter 2

A year after winning the first chapter, my wife and best friend and I returned to triumph over the Dark Heart! And this room was even better than the first one! Outstanding game design, amazing decor, and enough challenge without being obtuse and unnecessarily hard just for its own sake. I would 100% enthusiastically recommend this one to escape room lovers!

It took a few years but we came back for chapter 2! We loved the atmosphere and room design, but the horror is definitely stepped up quite a bit as well! The hint system is cool and the puzzles were fun. I can't wait for chapter 3!

Great sequel to the room. Still not so scary to deter those who don’t love the horror genre. I still think the first room is better, but I love the second room too!

Same great vibes and lighting as Room 303, and it kept up the balance between a knowing wink at the ridiculousness of horror and not going too far into silliness. For whatever reason, puzzles felt a little bumpier, but still seemed reasonable.

303 Escape is one of my absolute favorites. From the moment you walk in through the door, it's like you're in a real hotel! Everything from the story to the gameplay to the set design is just incredible. The puzzles are very unique and well thought out. Another plus is that the game masters here are super patient and witty. My partner and I are super excited to come back for part 3!

A very good room, quality ffollow up to the first chapter. Nice and gory, very appropriate for the theme. Lots of good puzzles. Looking forward to the third chapter

Great 2nd chapter to the story and perfect theme and props

This room was tough in a really good way. I did it with my fiancé, it was his 5 or 6th room, my 16th. With just the two of us, it was a LOT of puzzles. The room decor was awesome. It was scary, but no jump scares or anything like that. Can't wait for when room 3 finally comes out :)

After the first room, chapter one Homicide Hotel, I immediately jumped to morty to give a 5 star review to that room, it was my favorite room I have played up until that point. So I was excited for room 2, I was told it was scarier and more difficult, I was thrilled to learn that both of these were true. Hands down the best puzzles i’ve ever done, the technology at this place is outstanding, and the room is so detailed and cohesive. The horror element was perfect, it was a perfect blend of jump-scares, unsettling atmosphere, blood curling props, and spooky immersive story telling. I just cannot put my experience into words, I LOVED THIS ROOM.

I think I liked chapter 1 the most, but chapter 2 really started strong. Some great puzzles in here, difficult puzzles are my favorite. Set is a bit lacking, and some decor felt unnecessary, but overall a solid follow up to chapter one.
