One of my all-time favorite rooms. Live actors done well in an escape room setting is peak ER experience IMO and this one is no exception. Perhaps this being my first live actors ER made it that much more impressionable. Lots of puzzles, twists in the story. Thrills and surprises. Really loved this one and even gifted it to a friend who was getting married (we were in town for a wedding). Can’t recommend it enough!

I rate this room a 5/5 (ck out my bio for rating system). The set/theme including the live actor was 2 pts for me. I especially enjoyed the unique way they administered hints in the room. I felt like I was immersed in a fantastical storybook (an unexpected twist)! The puzzles were fun with a few novel ones I hadn't yet seen. They incorporated the theme well and the room was pretty linear which I prefer. A good variety of puzzles including locks, mechanical and technical types. I give the puzzles 2 pts as well. I rate my enjoyment 2 pts which brings the score to a 5 (well, technically a 6 but my rating system only goes to 5 so back off! 😝). I really enjoyed this room. It was fun, whimsical and unexpected!

Very fun theme and room, suitable for everybody. The puzzles were mostly unique to fit the story’s theme which made them even more enjoyable. A couple puzzles have to be very precise however, which made them a tad more tedious or made us think we were doing it wrong. But the moderators were really good at helping us keep the game flowing rather than just being stuck. A+ from them, thanks for a great experience!

Ask for the jump scare to be tuned down if do not want to be scared at all, which is what we did, but it would have been very mild otherwise. Not a scary theme and not meant to be scary at all.

This is in my top few escape rooms ever done. Though the location wasn’t the easiest to find, the room layout was exceptional, and storyline was incredibly clear. Live actors enhanced the storytelling and kept full immersion throughout the rooms. Though the story carried well, each room had a unique theme for varied gameplay. I cannot recommend this room enough for escape room enthusiasts!! 11/10, wish I was in town longer to their other room.

This was one of my favorite experiences. Highly recommend Locurio’s The Storykeeper. As its name suggests, it takes you through a (classic) story in a magical way. The set design is beautiful, and the actors were convincing. The puzzles aren’t the most difficult, but they’re challenging and engaging enough for some good fun.

Of the rooms we played in Seattle, this was was our group's favorite. We enjoyed the clever, original puzzles and beautiful set. The actor was one of the best we've encountered in a room.

Possibly the best room I’ve ever done. If you don’t like this, then you don’t like escape rooms. I got the vibe from the other reviews that I would regret not doing this room, so I’m glad we make it work during our short amount of time in the city. We were able to escape with two experienced puzzlers with a number of hints along the way

Truly incredible escape room, I think it’s everything an escape room should be. The puzzles were fun and intricate. I enjoyed that there were lots of things you could be working on at once so everyone in our group of 5 had something to do and puzzle out, but there were also places we had to work together and put our puzzles together which I thought was great. The puzzles required a wide variety of logical thinking and were all unique and different which I loved. One of the best escape rooms I’ve ever done.

Big fan of books, so the idea of helping a story collector who’s able to go into stories was super interesting

Could probably do it as a teenager, but would recommend mostly for older teens or adults, as the puzzles are quite difficult and you there are puzzles that do require you to reach up (I could reach everything at 5ft tall, but too much shorter and you might struggle)
