Cannibal's Den 2.0

Quest Room's Cannibal's Den is a lightly scary gen 1.5 room. A fun start that petered out and lost momentum quite abruptly. The decor felt bare and could use some love. We really struggled with the puzzles, but that just might be us. I found the puzzles quite difficult in relation to other rooms here. I do recall one clever puzzle that I haven’t seen elsewhere, which definitely was a highlight. Sometimes we struggled on what to do next, and things felt clunky or misdirected. There was one instance we continued working on a puzzle we had previously solved, because we didn’t know the answer has been revealed. Personally, overall a miss. For this location, there are definitely other rooms I would recommend first.

This room is great for those horror fans that want to feel like they one of there movies they love. It makes your heart race and gives you an adrenaline rush. If you don't like sudden noises or jump scares try one of the other rooms.

Wanted to love this room more, but we felt it fell a little short in a few areas. *Also if you have claustrophobia beware this room!!!* First the good: atmosphere is great, it is gorey, and very spooky. I liked that the ending felt real and helped wrap the game up in a good way. I hate when gsmes just feel like they kind of end without a fulfilling resolution. Now the not so good: some of the puzzles are not clear , which was disappointing. I like when puzzles are hard, but vagueness feels like hard for the sake of being hard and wasting time, not fun. Also there was one clue that was so worn out it was unreadable, which felt frustrating.

As with most scary rooms, the setting is dark. Apparently, there is a light source you can use if operated correctly…so be sure to ask about that before gameplay. Linear room with a few creative puzzles. ‘Hard’ for the sake of being hard, sacrificing an entertaining experience for the player. Not worth your time or money.

this was a spooky room and got my anxiety up! was able to finish though, very fun

A little non sequitur. Definitely a 1.0 room with lots of padlocks. We enjoyed it. But not or favorite.

This room was so much more than I expected. From the beginning to the end it was amazing. I love the way it starts you off and the atmosphere throughout the whole game. The puzzles are fun and very challenging at the same time. Lot of the puzzles were unique and I haven’t seen them used before after playing over 30 escape rooms. Very unique and awesome room, definitely a good challenge.

An ok room. Good creepy feel. More about the atmosphere and experience than the puzzles. We liked it, but its our least favorite of the four at this location

Okayyyyyyyy this one’s scary, you’ve been warned, but it was such a nice challenge. This was different than any escape room we’ve ever done and really worth a try!
