It’s 1944, and you’re a crew member on board the USS New York. Your Battleship is under attack by a nearby enemy ship. It’s up to you and your crew members to work as a team to organize a counter-strike.

Pretty well designed for its size. One of the best single-room escapes we've done. Descent plot and puzzles flowed smoothly

I really hate to give negative reviews but this one really missed the mark for me. To start, the GM had to tell us so many things about how the puzzles functioned that it took away a good portion of the discovery aspect of the room. Next big disruption was the fact that we had to wait about 5 minutes with radio silence (using walkies for clues) because the GM was helping another room wrap up and take photos. And lastly, I felt that the way the puzzles were constructed was done very clumsily.
We enjoyed the theme and concept. The flow of the room was pretty good.
We more or less felt as if we were on a ship attempting to destroy another ship.
The GM was very nice and did a good job. The GM is just stretched too thin at crucial points.
Yes
This is my first "battleship" scenario.
It is easy to remember in part because it is so short. But the story is well thought out.
Easy
Aside from one puzzle that was fairly confusing to us, this room is INCREDIBLY easy. Would be good for beginners just wanting to have an easy win.
High tech
Only 3 analog locks and the rest was maglocks.
2
Does not allow for more than 2 to book.
Not scary
Not at all scary. Not intended to be.
6
Not sure of the minimum required age by the company but this room is easy enough for small children.
No
Although clumsily built, everything functioned perfectly.

Any mobility constraints would be limiting as you have to descend 6-7 steps to enter the premises. Most other disabilities should affect gameplay minimally.

Easy
Not sure if there is any free parking on site. The paid parking is free if you are there under 1hr which might be possible if you show up just before your timeslot and hussle back immediately after.

This room can only be booked for 1 or 2 players, so that should give you some idea of what you’re in for. It is definitely a small space, but was fine for two players. The puzzles are on the easy side for enthusiasts, but there was enough of them and enough variety so that you don’t feel cheated. This would be a great room for beginners and is okay for enthusiasts. Don’t go out of your way to, but if you’re in South Lake Tahoe, why not.
For a very small space, it was not bad. It only took us 20 minutes, so as long as you’re not expecting too much, you will have fun.
Easy
Easy for enthusiasts, and medium for newer players.

You can only book 1-2. 2 is best as I’d rather not play alone.

Unfortunately, the entire place is only accessible down some stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
The casino is easy enough to find, but it may be difficult to find the escape room place.

For what you get it’s actually fairly overpriced. $25 a person, for what most enthusiasts will find to be under 30 minutes of gameplay (or in our case under 20…). It’s really really really simple. Shows clear signs of aging without any maintenance done. I would give this a meh if possible, but it’s not quite criminal enough for a thumbs down. I’d say if you’re already here for D.B Cooper or Bunker it might be worth it to do it real fast, but it’s not remotely worth making a trip over like 5 minutes for.

You get what you pay for. Game was very cheap (25 pp) but really small. Puzzle were a bit fun but don’t expect too much. If your in the area not a bad way to spend 30 minutes
