Really disappointed by this one. We finished the game in 30 min. Small room. Was totally expecting another room to open or something, but nope, just the one small room. Not enough to do. Puzzles were just okay. I don’t appreciate how they ask you to do a google review right there at the front desk after you play. Explains why the google reviews are mostly positive, but real reviews are not. They are putting pressure on people to leave a positive review. Obviously leaving a bad review right there would be awkward.

With that said, we try to make the process of leaving reviews as easy as possible for our guests, and so we provide reminders and links to review websites to our guests before they leave so that they might leave us a review while the experience is fresh in their minds. What should not be happening is having any of our team members ask for a specific kind of review or expect any obligation to leave a review of any kind. It sounds like our team missed the mark with your group in this instance.
