The biggest downside to this room was things not working. The game design: great. The puzzles had a lot of thought put into them and the set design even more so. Connection to the brand was there but minimal in terms of story. 2 or 3 puzzles of ours kept us held up because things did not click on the gamemaster’s end and that stumped us more than the actual puzzles which was frustrating. But it happens and the gamemaster was accommodating in the end for any hiccups. Still a very cool room to experience.

This room was amazing. The effects and the technology were awesome.
The set design was so immersive.
Our GM Jacky was amazing. We were able to get our stickers and do back to back games with Casino Heist 2

Very solid room. Good production value. Not too hard but had lots of fun!

The atmosphere and effects were really special, some of the best I have seen. There were a few issues however, with the puzzles. They were in concept extremely easy, but many were designed in a way that time gated us or didn’t work without Gm intervention. We also ran into issues with the high tech nature of the room. It was extremely impressive, but if things were not done in the exact intended order it can really mess up the system. As a themed experience, I could not recommend it more. As an escape room, it’s less worth it. Just decide what’s most important to you :)

The set and some of the special effects in this room were fantastic. It was very high tech, not a single lock in the room. It was, however, too easy of a room in our opinion. The room has a built-in hint system that will tell you what you should be doing at certain time intervals. We asked them to turn it off during the experience, since it either spoiled things or was just plain annoying, but it did not stop. We asked about it afterwards and the staff said that it cannot be disabled. I think for more experienced groups something like this can ruin the experience, and the staff should be able to turn it off. Puzzles were fine, some of them were pretty video-gamey. In terms of theme and story, there are many movie references that I appreciated but a lack of Godzilla himself; it felt like more of a King Kong themed room only. We had a good fun time but only spent around half the time in the room. I am not sure if I would recommend this to experienced players except to challenge them to do the room solo, which is definitely possible. But it’s probably great for beginners who are fans of the movies.
A really fantastic set
The staff were nice enough, they just seemed like they didn’t want to be there

If you are experienced I’d confidently say you could do this room by yourself

One prop/part of a puzzle was damaged that the staff knew about but couldn’t fix before our game. And there were broken pieces of something else (a magnet and part of an LED strip) just on a table, we did not know what that was from. Also, a drawer that was meant to pop open got very stuck due to the contents inside being wedged in, and we had to wriggle it open (not technically broken, just inconvinient and wasted a minute).

It’s LA. Best parking is a structure right next to the room but you have to pay.

Phenomenal set design with seamlessly integrated puzzles. The set and puzzles intuitively progress the story. One puzzle was broken when we played. Our GM, Ari, was friendly and efficient. We had a great time and this would be a good room for beginners and younger players or enthusiasts who want to play a well-executed and beautifully designed room.
The automated hints moved us along slightly faster than desired (sometimes we like to struggle with a puzzle first before asking for help).
Loved the “techy” elements of the set, and the sound and lighting unconsciously supported the puzzles.
Ari was awesome!

I’ll try to make an honest review of the room itself. The customer service was not the best compared to most places we’ve been to. But fortunately the room was pretty fun! Most of the production value made it feel like I was in Universal Studios. Forced perspective could have been executed better on one of their set designs (all I could think of was chuckie cheese). The puzzles were more like tasks that were all laid out in front of you and it made sense. There was also an AI that tells you what needed to be done. There was a bit of confusion with one of the puzzles because we were told that everything was one and done but we had to go back at it again. But still this was a great room! Our group just wished we got a photo with the skull like most groups did.
Pretty good flow and it was mostly clear what needed to be done
Pretty immersive. I question the scale of one feature in one of the rooms
Our host wasn’t rude or anything. He might have been overwhelmed. He may have been hosting all rooms by himself. We really wanted to squeeze another room but he didn’t really help us.

The room was really great, albeit there were some confusion in some parts of the puzzles that really took a lot of time from us to solve but the room was still fun to do.
The GM was really nice as she was really straightforward on what we should do for the room.

Getting the axe was pretty cool.
The room was meh on the plot, because it had a lot of King Kong vibes but not much about Godzilla

The room really needs a minimum of four players because you will need each others help to solve the riddles of some of the puzzles.
Scary
The room was a bit scary in the beginning.

There is a puzzle where you will have to climb to do it.
The game will be difficult to do with those who have disabilities because this is a very active escape room.

Flowed well, and fit the narrative
Great atmosphere! Props, set & sfx were well done, realistic, and kept you in the atmosphere
Not scary
Parts are a dim/dark and a couple loud noises are startling, but it’s not scary.
