1st time visiting Escape Factor and it was a good one. We read several reviews and friends told us about Tree House, so there were very high expectations going in. First impression of the room was a great set design with great details everywhere. It was almost sensory overload with how much was in this small space, but the quality and designs were solid. However, this room has a significant amount of locks and that killed a lot of my initial excitement. There were so many locks that once you solve a puzzle, we had a difficult time figuring out which lock the code went to, and our group became frustrated early on. Once we became frustrated with all the locks, it hurt our flow. Luckily, our GM (Jay) was amazing! She obviously could sense our frustration, as she gave us a lot of nudges throughout the game to make things funny and to keep us on track, even though we never actually asked for a hint. I greatly appreciated her interaction as it got our group back on track to having fun and forgetting about our frustration with all the locks. Although this room did not live up to the high expectations, we still enjoyed our experience and will be coming back to experience their other rooms.

A puzzle bonanza! Lots and lots of puzzles for your solving, lighter on story. May need a larger group if you’re less experienced. Solid!

Really fantastic, immersive, whimsical, and challenging! Bravo!
Good mix of linear puzzle play and multiple points of entry for exploring!
Really, really well done!
Ben is a rock star! Give him a high five, and then a raise! Really comprehensive introduction, funny and charming, and really felt like he loves puzzles and his job.

This escape room has an adorable set. Although we didn’t use any clues, if we did need one, the clue giving system was cute and nostalgic. There were a variety of different puzzles and it was easy to split up and conquer them all. A few puzzles I have never seen done before. That always adds to the wow factor. I would recommend this room to anyone!

Cute theme. Limited space so wouldn’t recommend for larger groups. We played with only 2, and were allowed a few extra minutes to complete…a third set of eyes/hands would have come in handy. This room has lots of padlocks which is a bit tedious because you have to find the -right- lock to match 4 digit code or whatever. But a very entertaining story and the hints were fairly creative. Great game master, too 😊

There were a lot of puzzles to solve and they were all relatively easy to understand. The gamemaster Brandon was excellent!! It was a great experience with my teenage and pre teen aged children. Would highly recommend. 3-4 ppl is perfect for this one.

The treehouse theme was fantastic. Well built and thought out.
I thought it was perfect for the content. Nice and creative around the time of life you would have been in a tree house.

One area of concern depending on group. Someone small or agile would need to be included.

This was such a a fun and creative theme - we felt like kids again! The puzzles were logical and the room kind of unfolded the way we expected it would, but there were still a couple of surprises along the way. The room was on the smaller side, so maybe only bring 2-4 people.
