Welcome to Phantom Peak: a fully immersive, open world experience - a living, breathing town where mystery lurks around every corner. Think of it as part escape room, part immersive theatre, part real-life videogame. You’ll meet mysterious strangers, uncover secret plots of rebellion, and find out what exactly happened to the old Mayor (coincidental accident, or cold-blimped murder?!) Put simply, it’s an immersive, free-roam world that you can explore at your leisure. Full of secretive quests and quirky characters, you experience the world through a custom made web-app (no downloads necessary!) that guides your adventure through man-made canals and a vast, split level old town. Follow the clues and be rewarded with a collectible trail card (unique trails added every season). Need a break? Pause for a delicious drink and a bite to eat at any time, you can even finish the trail on your next visit. There are carnival and arcade games to be played, and custom technology to interact with - you can even fish for platypuses! At the end of the show, a special closing ceremony will take place, culminating in a finale that you helped create. Grab your ticket now and find out what the fuss is all about!

Super impressive set. Not a traditional escape room- more like an immersive experience that was a lot of fun- not overly challenging but it’s more for entertainment than it is to challenge you. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and characters and building. Truly a lot of fun.

Not an escape room at all, but a very fun and original experience. Acting out the role of a RPG character doing side quests. The actors never break character. Generally a bit harming in over the top, but in a way that added to the fun lots of puns, including some original parodies of popular songs. I really enjoyed the puzzle hunt and would particularly recommend that

It was a miss for me/us. Looked great but it was just a theatrical world with side quests. Massively over hyped. Really needed case fun puzzles and chllenges

Phantom Peak is not a normal escape room in anyway. I would say it is mainly focused on the immersive experience rather than puzzling, which are very simple and easy. This though does not take away at all from having an incredibly enjoyable experience. It is 3 hours long and you can do maximum 3 routes and there is a total of 12 per season. Strongly recommend and worth going more than once (probably in a different season).

Phantom Peak is not really a classical Escape Room. The place has both inside and outside parts and is built like a small, quirky city with shops and stores, brought to live by multiple inhabitants. You visit the city in timed slots, that are 4-5 hours long together with roughly 50 other people. Once in, there's Theater, challenges and sprinkled all over the place "storylines" that you can discover. The riddles are basically walking through the city and finding things, sometimes interactions with inhabitants are needed. Successfully ending a storyline, might have an impact on things that are happening in the city. There's food trucks or stalls inside as well, so the Timeslot is not at all too long. Very very good experience, great actors.

Phantom Peak is not a typical escape room, it is an openworld format immersive experience with multiple storylines to follow. Additionally the food and bar were great options to grab some food and drinks while enjoying the event. The actors were top notch and really added to the adventure. Be ready to say "yes" and go on adventures.

Completely unique experience - we as a group of 2 did 4 (of possibly 10?) stories in 4 hours and we didn’t rush the puzzles but did rush around getting from place to place. I’ve got genuine FOMO from not getting to do the others as you see bits of them as you go and they all look as good as each other. Don’t feel silly, just go for it and you’ll have fun! The food and drink was good and the actors absolutely spot on and talented.
