We had a great time here! Like everyone says, don’t expect a traditional escape room — it’s more of an immersive theatre experience combined with interactive storytelling, where you help the townsfolk by talking to them and uncovering the right information around town. The town is beautifully designed, and the townsfolk play their roles wonderfully — hats off to them! The only downside for me was that you simply can’t do everything in one visit. The whole time I kept wondering, “What did I miss? Where are the hidden things?” So I’ll probably come back again! I just wish you could book for a bit longer — but that’s probably the completionist in me talking. I really enjoyed my visit to Phantom Peak, and we’ll definitely return! Greetings from Belgium’s best detectives (and chicken impersonators)! 🕵️‍♀️🐔

Very poor. Not an escape room. Very easy puzzles—usually not a puzzle at all, just walk from instruction to instruction. Often stuck behind another team that gets the same clue. Acting was mixed. Food was expensive.

Non existent puzzles, too crowded, ended up in queues of people all doing the same thing, an hour wasted at start and end with stupid stuff

Super impressive set. Not a traditional escape room- more like an immersive experience that was a lot of fun- not overly challenging but it’s more for entertainment than it is to challenge you. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and characters and building. Truly a lot of fun.

Not an escape room at all, but a very fun and original experience. Acting out the role of a RPG character doing side quests. The actors never break character. Generally a bit harming in over the top, but in a way that added to the fun lots of puns, including some original parodies of popular songs. I really enjoyed the puzzle hunt and would particularly recommend that

It was a miss for me/us. Looked great but it was just a theatrical world with side quests. Massively over hyped. Really needed case fun puzzles and chllenges

Phantom Peak is not a normal escape room in anyway. I would say it is mainly focused on the immersive experience rather than puzzling, which are very simple and easy. This though does not take away at all from having an incredibly enjoyable experience. It is 3 hours long and you can do maximum 3 routes and there is a total of 12 per season. Strongly recommend and worth going more than once (probably in a different season).
