You’re the new recruits the guys plucked from the city, to accompany the transport containing a cure for the zombie outbreak, right? …right? Well, it’s fine if you’re not competent. Your one job is to guard the ingredients and the cure synthesiser with your life like the cannon fodder… uh, brave survivors, that you are! It should be an easy first mission, all you need to do is hop into the transport and ensure everything gets to the outpost. You’ll probably be in the 0.05% of rookies who return. Just don’t get infected along the way, and you should be just fine*. *The team makes zero promises about this. Join us on an absurdist horror romp through a post-apocalyptic world. Why not laugh in the face of infectious spores, and zombies who want to eat your face? This is also a great introduction to escape rooms for new players, as a linear game with a focus on more traditional puzzles. This game was created in collaboration with Brodie Fairall and with assistance from Logan Skiles. Voices by Brodie Fairall, Simon Arthur, Bill Sunderland, Leanne Yong, Aaron Hooper.

This room was so much fun. The puzzles were a little tricky but once you got the gist, they were easy enough to figure out. I was in a team of 2 and we finished in under an hour; we only really struggled with one puzzle. I'd rate this room a 6.5/10 difficulty personally, as they were time consuming but fairly straightforward. LOTS of fun!! The atmosphere was spooky the whole time with lots of little adrenaline rushes but nothing super jump-scary or in your face. Creepy but not scary, l'd say.

This room was great! The puzzles were easy to pick up but challenging enough to make my team scratch our heads at moments. The atmosphere was quickly with moments of really fun immersion! Our GM, Megan was wonderful! We met Megan out front already in character and getting us amped. Definitely a good balance between story and puzzle.

SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE’S BREAKING IN! Having left the magic of the forest behind we were now in the depths of hell, mowing down the undead and looking good doing it. Even with a theme as common as zombies/the apocalypse, Next Level steps up to the plate with a fresh take filled to the brim with humour and ridiculousness, there was a never a dull moment amongst my group as we fumbled our way to a humanity-saving cure. End of The Road is one of those rooms that manages to do so much with so little, subverting my expectations when it comes to how many twists and turns can be thrown into one little death truck. Bravo. With a wide variety of puzzles, heavy GM interaction and a constant sense of urgency, there’s so much to love here. Shout out to Simon our PTSD riddled Sergeant who was every bit as invested as we were. Those Z’s never stood a chance.

An undead army closes in, a band of misfits brought together by fate, their saviour?.. BIG TRUCK. End of the Road was our final game left at Next Level and what an experience to cap us off. We began with the longest intro briefing I've ever had at an escape room (hell yeah) brought to us by our shining beacon of hope Sergeant Sergeant who set us off into zombie infested wastelands of the post-apocalyptic future to solve many little puzzles and synthesise the cure. Sounds easy enough. As with all Next Level games the space is decorated beautifully with a catalogue of on theme, well designed puzzles. A big thumbs up as always. Initially I felt a little unsure about the direction of some the puzzles but upon further reflection I really enjoyed the scouting and reporting nature of the experience. It's a point of difference comparative to the other rooms and thematically makes a lot of sense. Our GM Simon was a legend, we got to have a big chat about the room after and boy do I love a big chat.

Next Level's rooms are always amazing. The theming was great, the story made sense, and the puzzles fit well. This one is much more interactive with you GM than a normal room, but that's not a bad thing. Have never been let down by Next Level. The rooms and GM's are great. Highly recommended.

This was a great room that was made even better by our wonderful game master who was already in character before the game started. The set design and props made it really immersive, and fhe puzzles were interesting and well connected. Really enjoyable way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

A wildly funny ride into the zombie apocalypse, ‘End of the Road’ delivers humorous narrative beats at the end of the world. The puzzles were intuitive and on the easier side to keep the narrative momentum going. Next Level maximised their use of space within ‘End of the Road’, and the set design is a particular standout amidst their collection of experiences. We loved riffing with Nikki as our Sergeant/Game Master throughout the game.

Next Level delivers again! End of the Road is another really fun room with solid theming, good laughs, and the best GM interactions. The game started even before we got in the lift and was elevated to a whole new level of immersion thanks to the acting prowess of our brilliant GM Chris. Despite the zombie theme, this is much more of a cheeky room than a horror one, with some really cool puzzles including one I never expected! I only wish it could have been a little longer, as we somehow managed to get out in under half the 75 minute time limit without any hints.
