5 escape rooms
I've only done a handful of escape rooms, but Timeliner is the best one so far! I loved how it truly felt like we traveled through time to different periods. Every moment of the experience was well thought out and every puzzle fit perfectly into the theme of the era we were in. Extremely polished, very technical, and with a wide variety of puzzles to figure out. This room is perfect for anyone!
Gameplay
Every puzzle was fun and fit into the period that we had traveled to. Nothing felt like it was forced into the game, nor did we feel like we were spending too long on a single puzzle.
Atmosphere
By far the best atmosphere I've experienced so far. The concept and reality of traveling through multiple periods made for an exciting time. Extremely immersive, and it felt like we were really there.
Customer service
Our Game Master, Nick, was awesome. He asked if we wanted a hint, rather than outright giving it to us when he noticed us struggling to figure out a puzzle. His hints were helpful in pointing us in the right directions, without giving away the solution.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
It truly felt like we traveled between periods in time via a train. The "windows" let you see outside of the train, and we even stepped out of the train twice!
Story
The plot was simple but was perfect in setting up the process of the room.

High tech
Very high tech, with screens that made it feel so immersive.

While this room was great with two players, it has enough space with things to do, that I think four or six would be great as well.
