The year is 1990-something. You are in the bedroom of Kat and Bianca. The girls used to be close growing up, but have drifted apart in their teenage years. Tonight there is a big party. Everyone is going to be there. It was rumored in school that Bianca's crush was going to be there and Kat's band, Something-something Explosion, was going to play at the party. However, earlier that day, the girls had a huge fight. Their parents sent both of them to their room and locked them in. Now, you need to help them make up and find a way to escape their room to get to the party. (Knowledge of the 90s is not necessary to complete the room)

This room had some of most unique puzzles Iβve seen and was very nostalgic. Decor wise it was more of a hand-made feel than some of the more immersive rooms Iβve been in.

Really fun 90s theming. Lots of locks in this room. Enjoyed the period set pieces like gaming console and computer to get hints. A lot of pop culture design elements for us parents. Great independent room. Lovely game master.

Some of the most fun Iβve had in an escape room! Iβll admit Iβm extremely biased towards this room themed around 2 sistersβ bedrooms in the 90s, but can you blame me for having such vivid nostalgia?! I appreciated every reference, and I loved specific parts involving video games! The hint system was genius and inherently fun and filled with personality from the excellent GM! The room can be overwhelming with the literal dozens of references and unclear start points, but all locks are explicitly marked, and we never had a real issue once we got going. Most importantly, it felt in theme and was enjoyable throughout. I recommend this specifically for anyone with fond memories of growing up in the 90s!

What a blast! This room was so immersive, and the theme was so on point. I honestly felt like I had traveled back to my childhood bedroom! I felt so nostalgic and was digging all of the very appropriate puzzles. There are so many small touches to this room that really make you want to keep exploring! In order to get a clue, do you had to type on a computer using AIM! So cute and fun!

This was just a fun room. Not that difficult- but thereβs a LOT to sort through at the very beginning. So much to do- but it all makes sense pretty quickly. I love the use of the tv- if youβve played, you know what I mean. Really cool puzzles and ingenious way of connecting codes with locks

This room!! I just had pure fun with it! Anytime you are singing from start to finish (I mean we did our take on whistle while you work π€·π»ββοΈπ), itβs a good time. This brought me back to a fun time in life. It was a LOT of puzzles though for one 60-min room. Might be my only complaint and why it gets an overall rating of ππ» vs β€οΈ. Highly immersive though! My still first reaction is β€οΈππ₯³ but to truly eval it from a playerβs standpoint and not just my personal take, then there you go! Highly recommend either way and highly recommend this company if in CHI or if you βtravel to escapeβ! π
