Sugar Rush

Simple, cute, streamlined, and not too challenging. Easy-medium difficulty, and 7/10 for overall enjoyability. Although it was relatively easy and puzzles were simple, they didn't feel pointless. They stuck to the theme and all together seemed like a well-rounded set of puzzles. All together, the room felt like it had the right amount of challenge. It's really cute how the room incorporated the smell and taste senses into some puzzles. I can see how this would be very engaging for children or a good escape room to do for a group who is new to escape rooms. The story made sense, and the puzzles all stuck to the theme. Nothing to complain about. Overall, I'd recommend. Although it was on the easy side, it really was not a bad experience, which I find surprising because it can be hard to create that right balance for a room.

Overall a decent room. We enjoyed the variety of puzzles - none were very challenging, but still fun. Very Gen 1 room, but worth doing!

Unique theme, but unpolished. Held back by low budget and poor upkeep. A few unique sensory puzzles. One puzzle was broken and GM didn’t notice for a long time, though GM found a workaround eventually. I enjoyed the ending. You won’t hate it, but definitely skippable. 2/5

Very cute room with a treat at the end. Non linear until a point so groups can figure puzzles Separately. Theming was excellent!

Cute theme! Liked having to use the 5 senses. Very easy, beginner room that needs updating.

Delightful linear room. Fun puzzles that require all five senses and you get cupcakes at the end! (All of these things they tell you before you start.) Not a lot of extra stuff, but it doesn't matter. It's a very satisfying room.

ALL I CAN SAY IS GO PLAY IT NOW. I was a lot younger when we played this room, we played 6 years ago, but I had such a blast. I remember so much about it even now. It was just so memorable in so many ways and the ending made me so happy. The gameplay and stuff you had to do was so fun and well themed. If I ever have kids and this room is still in somehow, trust and believe I am taking them. I 100% recommend this room and out of like a lot of escape rooms that I’ve played, it’s definitely in my top 10. So fun, go play it.

Game was relatively simple, but puzzles were unique and very fun. Went with three people, and it was the perfect number of people. We have all done quite a few escape rooms, but all thought it was fun.

I was worried this was gonna be so kid-oriented that I wouldn’t get anything out of it. But it was so fun!! Very straightforward and pretty easy even with only 2 people, but I would recommend it, especially for a birthday!
