GM really needed to interact way less than she did. It was a cool room, lots of puzzles that were unique. Enjoyable but hard to work with so many groups of people that would not talk to each other or would basically squeeze you out of the problem you were working on. GM would follow players around and whisper hints over their shoulders when hints were not requested.

Gameplay

It was fun and creative, but the game master stays in the room and talked the WHOLE time. Hints without requests, walking around through the room whispering over your shoulder during game play.

Atmosphere

Very immersive- but game master needs to either stay in their designated area or they need to make a control room so the GM isn’t tempted to give so many clues or interact with the players so much.

Needed to work together a lot and it is not a private room at all. It was hard to get everyone to work together but you have to.

Puzzles were difficult and room was well thought out enough to give 12 people work to do. Our group required 2-3 hints

Gameplay

Non linear initially. Comes together at the end.

94 escape rooms

While not the greatest escape room in the world, this room had enough that it was fun, engaging, and entertaining. HOWEVER there’s a 6 person minimum and 10 max, and they will try their best to fill it with 10, so there is not enough to do and rooms with strangers are always the worst. Without that this would be a heart, instead it’s a thumbs up

It was a fantastic escape room. It was truly unique and had enough puzzles to make everyone in our group feel like they had an active part. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible. And the ambience was unbeatable. You cannot miss this if you get the chance!

Just above and beyond! You felt like you stepped right into Mission Control, right down to the cigarette trays! It was a fully immersive experience.

For a supposed high-completion rate room (I think our staff member said it was around ~75%), I didn’t have high hopes for it, but the room really ended up being worth the time. The minimum 6 players playing is definitely there for a reason (although if the time available is increased (by like 15-20 minutes) then I could see smaller groups doing it), and having more heads to work together really brought everything together. There was just one really silly puzzle that seemed drastically harder to do than the rest of the entire room, and so I’ll leave an obscure hint for anyone who reads this before doing the room: “that which counts of 9 is separated into 3 categories, sequentially”

Yes

The room really required a heavy amount of communication/coordination among the group members

Just about all of the puzzles had reasonable explanations to how to solve them, that even beginners were able to contribute in some way. There was a really sketchy puzzle though that could have been explained better.

This game allows for 6-12 players, but you really need either 6 geniuses or at least 10 members that can bonk their heads together to get results

Kind of. The game master was in the room with us, and mostly just acted as cleanup and for who we’d go to for hints. She didn’t usually contribute to the room

Lots of back and forth between areas

This game was located on Oasis of the Seas. At first our group was hesitant but wanted to try it out. We are so happy we did! It was one of the best rooms I've done! We had 15 people and I thought it would be too many but everyone had something to do! It was a great experience!
