This room was super fun and had a lot of unique elements. I can't say too much without giving it away, but I loved the flow of this game and the teamwork required! The game master, Tommy, did a great job making sure we weren't getting stuck, and gave us the perfect nudges only when needed.
There's a secret part, you'll know when you see, that I loved! Even the fridge runs, so you can tell they really paid attention to the details in the set of this game.
Another shout-out to Monty, who was very friendly and fun! All the staff here is amazing 🙌🏻
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
If you're familiar with the zodiac killer, it follows that fairly well! If you aren't, there's enough details inside the room to give you the complete understanding. I really enjoyed the ending of this game, as I felt it really tied in with the whole story!
I played with just 2 people, and I think I would have rated it a bit easier with more. If you're up for a little challenge, 2 is plenty! But if you're new to escape rooms, this might be tricky. There is a decent amount of reading, but not too much that it's overwhelming. Most of the key details are marked somehow.
There are lots of tech elements, but some locks and physical puzzles as well, which I love!
Minimum 2. I think up to 6 would be great. Probably wouldn't do more than 8. There is lots to do though, so everyone should have something to do.
No jump scares. There are some "spookier" elements of blood, rats, dolls, etc. So if you're easily freaked out, you might not love it. But I wouldn't call it scary.
Physically active
Somewhat
Optional crawling
Accessibility
One part wouldn't work if you use a wheelchair, but as long as one person on the group is able bodied, you should be fine.
