It wasn't nearly as creepy as the description led it to be. The briefing video was worse than the room itself. Having said that, the room was quite good. There are some puzzles that leave you high and dry, i.e., you are not spoon-fed each piece. You have to make some inference; which, I love puzzles like that, but it might frustrate some newer gamers.

This room was quite challenging! We had to ask for 1 hint because we were completely stuck at one point, but it was still a very enjoyable experience. I would not recommend this room for first timers, but if you've done a few rooms and are looking for a fun challenge, I think you'll really enjoy this room.
There are multiple "phases" to the room, and it made for an engaging experience.
Good design and props that really help drive the story as it progresses.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Yes
The story shifts as you progress through the room in a way that I'm going to remember.
Apparently there are other rooms that build on the story told in this one as well, so I'm looking forward to finding them and playing through them at some point.
Hard
There are a lot of puzzles with multiple levels, and it can be easy to miss or overlook some elements. Definitely not recommended for novices.
Mechanical
There were a few aspects that felt "high tech" but there were a lot more mechanical elements.
4
I did it as a group of 4 and none of us felt like we missed anything or weren't contributing to the group. You might even be able to take 5 or 6 people through okay.
Spooky
The pre-room video is scarier than the room itself. There are some minor spooky elements later in the room, but they're all PG levels of scary.
11
Probably need to be about 10 or 11 in order to follow the story and be able to contribute to the puzzle solving.

Limited
They're located inside of a large outdoor shopping/entertainment complex. There isn't much parking available near the facility itself, but there is a large parking lot and parking structure near by, so just be prepared to walk for a few minutes because you might need to.

We had a great experience with this room. There is an early puzzle that to me required a leap in logic but it didn’t sour our time. This was a full of puzzles, codes, and riddles. It was fairly linear so I’d recommend a small group. Extra points for using a prop as a puzzle in a way that I’ve never seen before.

Awesome room! My 4th room personally but it was really fun, we enjoyed the puzzles quite a lot. Group of 3 and we got stuck a couple times but the breakthroughs felt really good and made sense. I would say there are just a couple puzzles to take your time with, if you go too fast you can easily waste more time with confusion than if you do it carefully and think it through. Fantastic room! Dallas was amazing as well we appreciate you very much!

Had a team of four. Confinement had multiple rooms and some great puzzles. All puzzles were slightly different which allowed each of my friends to excel. It’s supposedly Red Doors hardest one; but it wasn’t exceptionally challenging.

We really enjoyed this room. Hard but not to crazy and no real leaps of faith needed. If you get Raina as your game guide you are set.

Ran this with 5 players total, multiple rooms and some great puzzles to work with. Our GM was great and gave us hints when requested that were not too detailed and nudged us in the right direction. There was a good variety that allowed everyone to have multiple puzzles be solved by them or the team in general. We ran this first as we had done escape rooms before, but these are supposed to be Al connected, so we will be back for more!
Solid puzzles that allowed everyone on our team to shine, we really enjoyed the light and music puzzles!
Set design was solid, preview / lore video made it seem more spooky than it actually was.

The final room to complete at this location for my team. Saved the hardest for last and for it was difficult. But difficult in a way where you had to really use your brain, if that makes sense. Maybe we just played it really late at night and it slowed us down. But our GM was really great. Us being Red Door Timemasters helped as well. For two of us, we had about a minute to spare 😅. Overall, a well thought out room with puzzles that differ from the other stories.

This one was so cozy like. I felt like a detective searching for clues. Made my group think outside the box, not the most difficult one but a good in between beginners and experts.
