The Wonderful Wizard of Oz13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLWhat a room! I did this a while ago with my friend (just downloaded Morty) and it is one of my favorite rooms ever. Incredible theming and it was wildly immersive. It was very difficult but extremely fun. The animatronics were amazing and the puzzles were challenging. I do not know if we eventually ran out of time and they just let us finish because there was no clock but it did feel like we were in there forever (not like I’m complaining). It should be noted that we did escape without solving a puzzle. I don’t know if this was fixed as we did it very close to it’s opening but we were informed we missed a puzzle after we finished. Overall incredible room at an incredible escape company!
Cinema 7Will To Escape - OrlandoEscape roomIRLAbsolutely loved this room! Absolutely loved the concept as well as all of the creative and fun puzzles and elements. I am personally a sucker for active rooms and this was incredibly active! This game incorporated a lot of thematic puzzles and some puzzles that I’ve never seen before. The story was surprisingly original and it goes beyond the “haunted theatre” gimmick. Despite the fact it could have been a little brighter in some parts there was nothing really wrong with this room. Much better than I had anticipated!
Disappearance: Last LocationWill To Escape - OrlandoEscape roomIRLWhat an excellent room! It was beautifully designed and the gameplay, while tough, was unique and exciting. The spooky ambience kept making me think that something would jump out at me lol. While the story was kind of cliche, this room still was amazing definitely one of my favorites!
Echoes at Murder HeightsPuzzle Corp. Escape Rooms [prev. America's Escape Game Orlando]Escape roomIRLThis was a very fun and unexpectedly scary room. The puzzles were quite straightforward but challenging. The room seemingly never ended but we weren’t complaining! Staff was very nice and everything flowed very nicely. Kind of wish we were able to see our time but I had a watch so I had a rough estime of how much time we had left. Overall very VERY fun room, very immersive and definitely spooky!
Cannibals In The CatacombsPrototype Escape GamesEscape roomIRLWhat an incredible game! Coming into it I thought it would be too scary, but while it was scary it was not overwhelming (at least for my party). This was very difficult and is definitely for experienced escapers. Teamwork is extremely necessary and so is good hearing! You also need to be able to maneuver well as we were moving through rooms every couple of minutes to get clues. Overall this was an incredibly memorable experience full of fun scares and difficult puzzles. The last puzzle was pretty hard as you had to be very precise but other than that the puzzles were straightforward and pleasantly difficult.
The Sneaky Snake LoungeEscape UEscape roomIRLSuch a fun room despite the basic theme. The speakeasy theme gets dry after a while but this room takes this over-used theme and makes it a whole lot more fun. The actor in the room was hilarious and made the entire game a lot more enjoyable. The puzzles were tough but my team had a fantastic time. This is a must!
Gold RushThe Escape Game - JacksonvilleEscape roomIRLAnother beautifully themed room with a ton of fun elements. This room had some very unique puzzles, some that require some serious skill!!! I would have liked to have seen more done in the last room as there were elements that were not necessary even though they looked like it. This was honestly easier than playground but still a fantastic room. This company puts an immense amount of effort into the room designs; easily some of the best designs I’ve seen. We were paired up with randos tho but it was still a fun experience.
Dog DaysPrototype Escape GamesEscape roomIRLWhat a really fun room! This company doesn’t disappoint! This room was very unique and innovative with some incredibly creative puzzles. The amount of attention to detail in this room was unlike that of any escape rooms I’ve done! They also really try to immerse you in this room and they do a very solid job of that. The puzzles were fun but not overly difficult. You have to think outside of the box on them and pay attention to every little detail you notice. Our GM was awesome and his acting was sublime🤣. This company is always very friendly, they seem to have passion which a lot of places lack. Overall, an extremely fun room that I wish I could play over again. Definitely recommend!!!
Locker RoomPrototype Escape GamesEscape roomIRLVery entertaining and slightly difficult room with a lot of fun elements that made me laugh out loud. The room became much easier as you worked through it and the last room we breezed through (it could have been a bit harder but it was still entertaining nonetheless) According to the GM/Owner, this room may be going away soon so I definitely recommend doing this room for some entertaining puzzles that will truly tickle your brain.
The Great Room13th Hour Escape Room - WhartonEscape roomIRLSuch a fun room with a fun twist ending. The puzzles were difficult yet intriguing and the set design was phenomenal as always. This is one of the more cut and dry rooms I have done but nonetheless it was fun. Definitely was pleasantly surprised by this room and the GM, as well as other patrons in the lobby, told us it was hard but we succeeded with time to spare!
